Here we go again.

You more or less said I was bullshitting when I said about the EU breaking its own laws, rules and regulations. I then remind you.

Yet you ignore this and say it again.

So there is you coming out with twisting of the truth. Where is mine? Why don't you post links to where I have done it? Oh yes you can't because I haven't.

There are thousands of rules. You will pull something out as an example, but not mention the thousands that are kept. Selmayr was a disputed claim which has only just been confirmed. That is called due process.

How many countries in the EU have water as good as ours to drink straight from the tap?

All the Scandinavian ones. Italy has famously good tap water. The problem with drinking water abroad is usually down to mineral content anyway not the actual cleanliness of it.

All countries have problems sending anyone back.

It is easy to opt.out of the working hours directive.

Belgium doesn’t, nor do the Netherlands for another. Even the Tories know how dependent we are on immigrant labour which is why they do nothing to limit it

Asking again:name 3 cases where EU law overrides our law, explain how each is negative. I don’t see how maximum working hours, clean drinking water or the ability to control immigration levels fall into those but maybe you have some others?

Can you show me where I said about negatives?

This thread is a joke. You and others love to constantly try and make out that I have said what I haven't just because I mention the bad on both sides. I know that the bad is only allowed to be mentioned on the leave side. And you are certainly not allowed to show the EU for what it is.

Isn't it strange that the leaders from all the countries in the EU want to take the power back but on this thread they are brilliant.

It was confirmed.last year. And you know that. Because you said it would be best if Selmayr resigned as it would show that there is transparency in the EU. Then I showed you the date which was last year. Then you went quiet for a few days. Then you tried again to say that rules, regulations and the law wasn't broke to hand him the position

Astute I am trying to invite you to criticise EU regulations and I will try again for a 3rd time:

3 regs that supersede British law

Why they’re bad

Go

I know you are.

I am not criticising them. I am criticising the way the EU breaks them themselves and they still continue to do so even when we find out.

So what are your thoughts on the way the EU breaks their own laws, rules and regulations?

Maximum working hours is a directive and is interpreted by the sovereign countries. Germany is a strict interpretation. I break the law every weekend.

Tell me the date of the final report.

I have a better idea. Put the lying scum Farage ( effigy ) on top and burn it for getting the UK into this mess and dividing the country. BTW, the NZ terrorist was a Brexit fan. No surprise there. As are people who are trying to play it down by blame sharing with Muslim terrorism. Why do you think far right people lean towards hate and division? My theory: it is easy to trigger „us and them“. Push the fear or abhorrence buttons which we all have for survival purposes, and you are on your way to power and/ or money. See Farage, Bannon and Tommy Robinson. They are making a good living by pushing buttons. Not to mention Trump.
Why do you think the far left lean towards race hate,I've never seen the far left momentum or Corbyn come out in public and denounce anti semetism?

If you give me the examples of this happening obviously I will criticise it. I wanted us to remain with significant reforms, starting with a break up of the Euro. I just thought that on the balance of evidence that leaving would be worse.

Are you trying to say that I don't say leaving the EU will make us worse off? Are you trying to say that I don't want us to stay in the EU?

The appointment of Selmayr that broke EU law, rules and regulations.

Doing nothing for years when they knew the German car makers were breaking all rules and regulations and that it was killing thousands of people.

He‘ll go on to Selmayr or similar as a distraction. Normal.
So talking about where the EU has broken their own laws, rules and regulations is just a distraction?

How pathetic. You are just like the EU and would love to sweep it under the carpet.

Far more sinister tones on the various social medias stating poll tax riots will be nothing compared to Brexit being overturned.
i went on poll tax marches and they were horrendous.

If they're as clued up about organising a riot as they are about organising our withdrawal from the EU I shouldn't think we have too much to worry about.

What questions?

The question was about rules and regulations. Strangely enough you don't want to talk about the EU either breaking them or ignoring it when Gremany breaks them.

The EU’s own scientists were pointing it out, and the car industry lobbied against them-I don’t like any of it. All I really want is someone to back up the right wing assertions about the EU overriding our laws for the worse or about Corbyn being ‘hard left’ or more than 1 example of the EU breaking it’s own regulations

Have been through this before.

Most are for the good. A few are not. Being in a single market everyone needs a level playing field.

But I would be more respectful if they followed them themselves. It is easier for the EU to follow them than the countries in the EU as it is them who decides what they are.

So basically it’s an organisation that has a few faults like any other and it isn’t really some malevolent dictatorship

God knows our own political establishment has made a mockery of the law many more times.
