If we could show to them the landlords wouldn’t speak they’d never stop us moving a few miles out of town.

Think it's Funeaton. I'd probably renew my ST there if we were forced out by London Wasps.
I probably would as well. Being forced out by Wasps is very different to the last time we moved out.
it's out of Coventry so its a no from the football league surely
They said 9 miles didn't they? Would make this fine.

You can whack up temporary stands very quickly. A lot of the venues for the 2012 Olympics were just temporary stands. Its not like a lot of people imagine when temporary stands are mentioned.

Sure over the course of a summer the work could be done if the planning was quick and the land belonged to the owner of the ground which I don't think it does.

Still don't think it will happen but then I never thought we'd end up in Northampton.

Does the Smurf still own the ground?

with a week to go we will sign another year deal and then by next year hopefully the court case should be sorted and wasps will sign a long term deal with our new owners and everything will be rosy again..............sorry just woke up from my dream.

It wouldn’t need much doing to it to bring it upto League One standards. Temporary stands to be installed while ground is devolved.

Love how everyone is talking about Nuneaton without the thought to ask the people of Nuneaton first.

We going to do a Wasps then and swanny on in unwanted?
Obviously you would ask them first and I'm working on the assumption it would be, at least in theory, temporary and we'd be renting.

Given their financial issues I suspect they'd jump at the chance of some extra income and passing the responsibility for maintaining the pitch and facilities to someone else.

It’s like your wife dying in a car crash or running off with your neighbour.
*Sorry to everyone who’s wife ran off with a neighbour, brother, milkman, pools man or your best mate.*
She wouldn’t be the same. (ESP if she was brown bread).
Not for me Sorry.

The issue with that is the issue they have with the rugby club who own all the land around it. Unless of course it's been resolved.
