A couple of seasons ago he was on trial at us, a league two team who hadn't secured promotion.He lives by me and I’ve seen him training daily for weeks there’s no question his physical fitness, he has plenty of natural ability enough to attract the attention of higher clubs a couple of seasons ago, that doesn’t go away, his injury ? well time will tell on that but Callum Wilson as an example had two one after the other and came back as good as ever, Jones will be okay.

I agree. send him to a ball playing team in league one till Jan to get him up to speed.Pre injury Jodi Jones looked like he might have been Championship level. Post injury, we are all hoping, but understandably sceptical. Hope he is fit, enough, and good enough. One who will definitely need game time, and will have to really impress pre season to get that. I'd be tempted to let him out on loan between now and Christmas to get games under his belt.
