You're actively replying to the criticism posts though and ignoring the ones like mine where I've explained why your thinking is flawed and nothing to do with it being the quality of Haji's strike. With such a victim mentality are you sure you don't really support Liverpool?
Yes whenever Brad Collins has concededHas nobody ever seen a goal back and thought the keeper was pretty poor about it? Again for the thousandth time, this isn’t to slag off the scorer - everyone will ignore this part though.

I can happily say that I have never witnessed a Coventry City player score, in any context, and decide that my immediate priority should be to downplay the goal because I believed the goalkeeper should have done better, let alone make several posts of increasing length and emotive expression insisting that everyone else is wrong and I'm right.Has nobody ever seen a goal back and thought the keeper was pretty poor about it? Hadji Wright scored twice on the international stage. Who gives a shit about anything else?
Of course you should reply, but again you've only responded on the critique. I went with a different angle that he was set for Haji going down the line and why it was therefore the defenders fault and not the keeper, who should have simply stayed on his feet and forced him that way.. As soon as he was inside, the keeper didnt have time to readjust from his position. You ignored that but responded to the others, so it does look like victim playing. So I should just not reply? That last bit is dumb. Who’s playing victim? Or is replying to this one playing victim too?
Then its a quality finish, and Collins probably wouldnt have even backpedaled that quick to get into some form of shape to be able to try make a save, Ryan was a good Premier League goalkeeper especially at Brighton, and has even played for Arsenal, Real Sociedad and currently Levante. You dont get around some top clubs being shitAnd what if he’d conceded this goal?

So you think the keeper is more culpable than the defender? He's perfectly set for Haji down the line which is where he should have been sent.I’ll go back to it, it’s only innocently missing replies. I haven’t replied to everything as you’ll notice, apologies. Once Wright has turned there’d be time to adjust enough to even attempt the save imo. The worst defending was for the Aussie goal.

So he’s a decent keeper now not a shit keeper, it was a good goal mate and it was scored by our player who’s bang in form its something to be celebrated and proud ofDecent GK’s can be poor.
I would say he’s the best finisher when he’s on it, key part being when he’s on it as he can have games where he can’t his a barn doorHaji Wright is a great player for us and had it not been for Vik, we'd be calling him comfortably our best post-Prem striker. A fully fit Haji is one of, if not the best striker in the division - comfortably Top 3 in the league.
You get a steaming pile of shite for Hadji.I can happily say that I have never witnessed a Coventry City player score, in any context, and decide that my immediate priority should be to downplay the goal because I believed the goalkeeper should have done better, let alone make several posts of increasing length and emotive expression insisting that everyone else is wrong and I'm right.

I’ll save my judgement on that until the end of this season. I’m still struggling to accept how bad he was in the Sunderland games when we really needed him.Haji Wright is a great player for us and had it not been for Vik, we'd be calling him comfortably our best post-Prem striker. The first was particularly impressive. As was the commentary about Haji "timing his run perfectly"!I thought they were both really good finishes tbh.
fairYou get a steaming pile of shite for Hadji.
A weird interpretation. Clearly you "can talk" about whatever you want, and anyone who reads it can respond! So if it involves CCFC I can’t talk general football in the same sentence?

But I got told off for responding to their responses
Agree if he plays. I think it will be player's choice and I guess he'll want to start so that should seal it, but depends when (today presumably) he lands back in the UK, rest and recovery then some light training tomorrow. Probably can't really answer it until Saturday morning.Haji's goals were class. Did his country & his club proud. Anyone saying otherwise has some sort of agenda. Weird. He will be starting & flying come 3pm Saturday.
Surprised if he doesn't score in first half.
23/24 - 17 goalsI’ll save my judgement on that until the end of this season. I’m still struggling to accept how bad he was in the Sunderland games when we really needed him.
It’s a World Cup season and in his own country so he’s going to be on his A game isn’t he.
They were two very well taken goals by a striker who's on top form for club and country.
He's clearly loving the responsibility of being the central striker.
One thing haji knows from early in a game is whether he's got the pace over the defender. That burst of speed over just 5 or 6 yards was enough to get the shot away! Great stuff. The first was particularly impressive. As was the commentary about Haji "timing his run perfectly"!
“I genuinely think Simms will be fine. Hes hardly played any mins. I actually gave faith in Simms and think hes the real deal. When he scores 1 he will be on a roll.
Simms looks more of a footballer than Wright.
Wright is just massive gamble which is looking like a complete and utter waste of Gyokores money.”
“Wright wouldnt score 20 in league 1 mate. Hes got no consistency to his game. He doesnt know what his bread n butter is.”
“Big issue is when it's not working for you or the team you have to put yourself about do the basic minimum. At least let the defenders know your there! He offered nothing. His shooting whilst leaning back is awfull something a school kid wouldn't do.
I'm struggling to see the positives. When honestly I have searched for them long and hard.”
“Great work from Dean Austin. Haji Wright bargain of the season. defenses around the championship shitting themselves about our record signing.
He wouldn't look put of place in league 2.”
“I wish they did call me before they spunked £12M. On Kitching and Wright.
Would have saved the club £10M. In money they will never get back.”
“Simms has so much more to his game than Wright and is light years ahead of him in every department.
No comparison between Simms and Wright. Simms has single handedly changed games this season.
Huddersfield at home his shot that won us that game from crossbar.
Simms was excellent vs QPR and again again when he come on as Sub at Preston.
Wright is only playing as hes our record marquee signing, and Robin's is clearly trying to polish a turd every week.”
“Simpleton fans think scoring two tap ins that even he couldnt miss, paves over the shocking display over 98 mins.
Simms did more offensively in 20 mins than haji has in many many games.”
“This guy has.
No strength.
No first touch.
Cant hold the ball up.
Cant head the ball.
Cant stay on side.
Missed a sitter...so cant score.
His technique is very bad.
He actually doesnt know what he wants to do with the ball.”
