I think it will be player's choice and I guess he'll want to start so that should seal it, but depends when (today presumably) he lands back in the UK, rest and recovery then some light training tomorrow. It’s a World Cup season and in his own country so he’s going to be on his A game isn’t he.
They were two very well taken goals by a striker who's on top form for club and country.
He's clearly loving the responsibility of being the central striker.
