Who would have thought that when we were adrift at the bottom of the table early in the season, that we would have kind have 'done a forest' and now find ourselves in 8th place, still with a game in hand on most teams ?
I don't mind admitting, i was a worried boy (old git more accurately) early in the season, despite the many games we had in hand.
We had owners who had basically ended all funding and were desperate to sell the club (or the best players)...the situation looked pretty bleak.
