They see it as Sisu and are very obviously splitting the two as they have a motive to do so. That is why most are struggling with this, i don't see it any other way CCC are trying everything they know to get Sisu out of this club and city, a bigger game is in play.

We sold HR and didn't have a replacement being built and couldn't afford one. The money raised went on running costs for a few months.
CCC shouldn't have let the arena go to a rugger club from nearly 100 miles away. And that is without the lease being extended.
CCFC put the 50% share of the arena up as security after CCC gave it to them. Then couldn't afford to buy it back.
What SISU have done is have a bad attitude way of trying to get what they want as cheap as they can get it. It has lost our club big time. But they can't be blamed for anything before they turned up. And they are not to blame for everything since.

From the statement in the CT, do we really expect that Wasps have a plan already to achieve what CCFC need? Oh, and should share it already with CA? Do Wasps know all the details about what the Academy needs? Blimey, talk about masters of invention....
I would have thought meeting to discuss it, and letting wasps know what the CCFC requirements are in detail would be a good move? (I would have hoped that the outline academy needs were in the 17 points CA discussed already?) At the very least, it gives CA more ammo if Wasps fail to come up with something sensible. Putting a "you do this first then I'll agree to meet" seems quite antagonistic given our precarious position with the academy.
An offer to talk, whether meaningful or spin, should have been taken advantage of imo.
Who knows, maybe NW was right, and this is all part of a SISU masterplan, and they don't want to really meet with wasps at all...

Most have the right to blame Sisu, Most see that all are playing a part in what has gone on. But lets be honest, other sites are not attractive to Wasp's as its puts no pressure on Sisu to drop the appeal against the CCC. Do you not see this is a bigger game than CCFC, Wasps are in bed with the CCC and are planning more than we know. They will want us in fighting blaming others Smoke and mirrors, Hey i may be wrong but time will tell who will be left standing!!!
