They can give it to the club or via the trust or telegraph but until they are prepared to make that known its hard to see how anything can move forward. I can only think of one reason they don't want to put any offer in writing and that's the offer not allowing the level of facilities required to continue the academy.I am pretty sure if Wasps put out a fantastic offer, it would be hard not to accept wouldn't it? Get the actual details out, somebody can then check with the FA to see if acceptable or not. We all know it's pointless throwing offers about if they won't be accepted...
