The consensus is that most people want to see Kelly back in the team, I'm hopeful that Robins brings him back in as we are lacking a bit in the middle.

Then it means do you drop bayliss?

I could see him moving Thomas to the left and Bayliss on the right.

Would like to see Thomas on the left or even down the middle.

I think that would be the better option, as Hiwula has been poor in the last few games (probably because he is not a natural left winger)

All we need to do is to win more matches whllst losing less matches and we will start to climb again.

100 rating points climb from now till the end of the season would be a great target.

I think seeing how everything Is evening itself out, a rating of 1620 ish should be enough for a top six finish or there abouts.

We've already hit 1586 this season. A few more points is definitely doable and plenty of time to get them in.

It's consistency when having a high rating is the problem, a loss will knock you down a lot of points. It's not just about picking yourself up and going at it again, but the speed you can do this in.

You will hit a rating ceiling. It's all about trying to push back this boundary and keep moving forward or trying to keep as close as possible to the rating ceiling.

Wow you have sussed out football Have to win games and not lose.

Would love a win to wrest our recent decline in form, but will a draw.

Always a handful but most supporters of other clubs would not wish what we're going through on anyone.

This did make me laugh

The M6 classico lmao, that made me laugh. Made me think how many teams are on the M6... Us, villa, walsall, Stoke and Preston (kind of)

Davies and Andreu to come back in.
Would not be surprised if Bakayoko starts.
Would not be surprised if Andreu scores.

You can't see the Stoke or Preston ground from the M6 unlike the other 3. Morecambe probably counts if it's just teams that are close, Carlisle too

You can see the Preston one clearly from the M61 just before it joins the M6 mind

Why do Walsall talk about us like we are rivals. 'Rent dodgers' and 'shite fans'. For fuck sake, we out numbered you at home the other week. Tiny club.

I'm quietly confident we are going to smash them today, I think we will win this 3-1 with Thomas, Bayliss and JCH scoring the goals.

totally agree with that one Nick! It might help calm Thomas down in front of Goal as he will have think on how he hits the ball with his right foot instead of trying for power all the time

I’m not going to get too wound up about Glen from Walsall calling us rent-dodgers. Even when we have hit our lowest of lows, we’ve still been bigger and better than the likes of these.

Nothing wrong with instilling a bit of rivalry into this game, injects atmosphere and they are closer to us than a lot of rival teams are apart after all.

The people that dismiss them as "little walsall" are the same people that talk about the premier league days at every opportunity

I am hopeful of a positive result today. Partly to take minds off other matters. A narrow 1 nil win

Glad to see Davies in the team. Interested to see how Kelly and Bayliss works and to see how we look without Doyle.

Bakayoko deserves his start too.
