To be fair it's better to say nothing is happening then sign players than to say we will be active then miss out on targets. Keeping optimistic, deep down I know there will be a suprise or two.

I would be very surprised if there weren't a couple of players coming in be it either permanent or loans. I cannot believe that there has been no consideration of "what if" scenarios regarding injuries to key players of whom Sheaf is certainly one. Either that or there is total confidence that Torp & Eccles will suffice in midfield. However a further injury to one of them causes real problems. One mid and one attacking option required at least in my opinion.
