Apology from Fisher
Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has apologised to the City supporters for all that has happened over the last year or so.
Speaking at a Supporters Consultation Group meeting, Mr Fisher, who admitted to be staying out of the spotlight and concentrating on plans for a new stadium, said; "I'm so sorry we have ended up in a position where we have been put into administration for the sake of £200k."
Full reports of the SCG Meeting held on Wednesday night will appear over the next few days and you will be able to find out more about the Supporters Consultation Group on the club website in the coming weeks
complete and utter joke bit late for saying sorry now :jerkit:
Is This the Clubs own feed ,Interesting that they want to promote the SCG as a medium ,possibly conduit of Communication .
Another misleading statement from Fisher? So how come the administrator offered
£500k+ in settlement of the £1m + owed to ACL?
I, for one, am at least grateful that we won't have to listen to the condescending twat on the radio anymore!
Which ever party you choose to believe put us in to adminstration the 200k doesnt exist other than in TF statements.
ACL after following the process to recover their debt petitioned for £1.4m
ARVO succeeded in their application to place CCFC Ltd in administration based on a claim of 10.25m
the administrator included a debt due to ACL of £636,381 amongst total debts of £70.1m. He could only net down the debt due to ACL by the Escrow account and the match day fees paid, and could only do that because of the administration process and rules. Outside of administration the Escrow account contract stated it needed tooping up by CCFC Ltd or the Escrow guarantors
the football League have included a figure in their conditions a figure of £576k to ACL
The £200k referred to by TF is the netting off of the ACL debt in administration against a rates refund due from CCC. Simply not in the insolvency rules to be able to do that. In any case Otium are claiming the rights to the rates refund when they purchased the assets of CCFC Ltd. The debt to ACL remains in CCFC Ltd of course
If you arent sure what you are apologising for then how much weight does the apology carry? Tend to agree that it is a little too late for apologies now
Fishface has not actually said sorry, he does not know what the word means.
Been told he walks around Shitfields with a couple of Goons, why? Because he is sorry!!
Not for me Fisher, you can piss off .

Easy to spot him at sickfields sat on his own...
I like the "staying out of the spotlight to concentrate on the new ground" statement, it must be great getting paid to do nothing. And if the new ground is so important, why do we continue to force the issue of a judicial review? Surely you would tell the council to stick its stadium where the sun doesn't shine and leave them with a white elephant on their hands. The bloke trips up on his own tongue on a regular basis and is nothing more than an embarrassment NOPM.

Saying 'I'm sorry this happened' isn't an apology, it's a fawning attempt at empathy.
