Another misleading statement from Fisher? So how come the administrator offered
£500k+ in settlement of the £1m + owed to ACL?

I, for one, am at least grateful that we won't have to listen to the condescending twat on the radio anymore!

But the smarmy *** hasn't said sorry on behalf of him or sisu - 'I'm sorry we have been PUT in administration.' Beggars belief, absolute scum.

Well I for one would not accept anything from TF he is utterly insincere and just an egotistic so and so who only cares for himself.

Staying out of the lime light why because nobody trusts him just a shame that the one that has taken over from him seems no better.

To late now !!!
They were told we wouldn't follow them to northampton !!!
They decided to stick two fingers up at the fans to chase the JR !!!
They have made their bed and it doesn't involve 90% of the ccfc fan base.
I am not interested in bullshit talk from them ......

It really does'nt sound much Like an apology to me .

More like an inferred dig at ACL ,IE:putting themselves into Admin as a result of the ACL action, Now I think i'm right in saying they've copped out of a 42 yr agreement on the Basis of his remarks around a "Catostrophic Insolvency ".
Yet at the outset of the rent Strike It was " Its not that we can't pay but wont pay",Pull the other one Timothy ,keep putting It out there ,You may just hang yourself!!

You can shove your "Apology" where the sun don't shine. Listen to the fans for a change, and bring CCFC back to Coventry....Then you and Septic F**k off and don't come back!

I can't see where the apology is in the statement. He is saying that he feels sorry for the fans for the actions of others - not sorry to the fans. Its all only words anyway, so won't change anything

Good morning all by the way!

He is saying sorry for sisu not the fans and the club, he now realises sisu are losing millions which could have been avoided
Bet your proud fisher that you have destroyed our club the community and the local economy?
Next time you look in a mirror ask yourself "what have I done?"
It's damage limitation for you lot now, you are the most hated company known to coventrians, what goes around comes around...

Which ever party you choose to believe put us in to adminstration the 200k doesnt exist other than in TF statements.

ACL after following the process to recover their debt petitioned for £1.4m
ARVO succeeded in their application to place CCFC Ltd in administration based on a claim of 10.25m
the administrator included a debt due to ACL of £636,381 amongst total debts of £70.1m. He could only net down the debt due to ACL by the Escrow account and the match day fees paid, and could only do that because of the administration process and rules. Outside of administration the Escrow account contract stated it needed topping up by CCFC Ltd or the Escrow guarantors
the football League have included a figure in their conditions a figure of £576k to ACL

The £200k referred to by TF is the netting off of the ACL debt in administration against a rates refund due from CCC. Simply not in the insolvency rules to be able to do that. In any case Otium are claiming the rights to the rates refund when they purchased the assets of CCFC Ltd. The debt to ACL remains in CCFC Ltd of course

If you arent sure what you are apologising for then how much weight does the apology carry? Tend to agree that it is a little too late for apologies now

The amount owed to ACL was around £573,000 from memory - that is the legal total debt its nowhere near £1 million pounds.

Yes he is talking about the rent rebate which is somewhat misleading and its not really an apology as such.

Never seen him with any goons walking around. He always seems to sit right next to the walkway next to Waggot on the front row.

Like many whether it is a sincere and honest apology you do have to wonder and I must admit it is slightly doubtful however the acknowledgement of this mess and the sentiment is appreciated..

I like the "staying out of the spotlight to concentrate on the new ground" statement, it must be great getting paid to do nothing. And if the new ground is so important, why do we continue to force the issue of a judicial review? Surely you would tell the council to stick its stadium where the sun doesn't shine and leave them with a white elephant on their hands. The bloke trips up on his own tongue on a regular basis and is nothing more than an embarrassment NOPM.

Saying 'I'm sorry this happened' isn't an apology, it's a fawning attempt at empathy.

Apology my arse. More bullshit plus a cheap dig that does nothing to help any possible negotiation.

'Staying out of the spotlight'?! In any other business in the country he'd be on the dole queue for mismanaging his company into administration and liquidation, to say nothing of reducing its customer base by 90%.

The only reason he's still in a job is to act as human shield for Joy. He's a puppet.

If there was any justice he'd be explaining his conduct to a court; I live in hope that that might still happen.

I thought I saw a fat [Expletive deleted] walking around Ryton with a pair of wellies on and a shovel over his shoulder, maybe he is being true to his word.........

Very true, but what concerns me is how delusional he is to think this fawning will win over the fans....and I thought Dulieu was the mental one

The article should have read "Tim Fisher feels sorry" for himself as his devilish plans have back fired and Joy wont pay him his Christmas bonus

Not an apology, just another way to sling some mud. And as he's been concentrating so much on the new ground, any news...???
