So we where put in to admin. over a mere 200k according to tim, if that is true why the F in hell did't shitsu pay? :jerkit:

Because we'd have still been at the Ricoh tied into a lease agreement costing £1.2m per annum.

So...admin was a good thing?

All praise ACL?

The amount owed to ACL was around £573,000 from memory - that is the legal total debt its nowhere near £1 million pounds.

NO, it was actually more Grendel wasn't it?

It would seem that you are getting mixed up between the amount of the debt and the amount offered by Appleton in settlement.

I would suggest that you read OSB's post if you want to refresh your failing memory.

Another misleading statement from Fisher? So how come the administrator offered
£500k+ in settlement of the £1m + owed to ACL?

I, for one, am at least grateful that we won't have to listen to the condescending twat on the radio anymore!

He said £636,000 somewhat less than your fanciful claim of over a million. I think its your grasp of facts that needs a wake up.

as if it matters whether it is 200K 500K or £1m.....

The point is that it was SISU who put CCFC Ltd in admin and SISU / Otium who benefitted by writing off millions of debt.

Tim isn't apologising he is trying to blame ACL for the admin.

That's not true, there was a firm offer of £400k per annum and some F & B revenue and the twats turned it down as they changed tact to total war !
