Living on your own and trying to actually cook for yourself and be a bit healthy is a bit of a nightmare. Even if you batch cook and freeze loads you seem to always end up with a fair amount of waste.I'll add salad/lettuce to that. I live by myself and on the odd occasion I make burgers or something I have to buy a full sized bag and inevitably throw most of it away. Have just stopped bothering now.

I've generally managed to nail it in terms of eating healthily with minimal waste but yeah, it involves eating a variation of the same 3/4 things on repeat all week and cooking enough in the evening to have for lunch the next day as well. And you always end up repeating meals way more than you'd really like to.
Did try those home delivery things like Hello Fresh which are OK but just seem expensive for what you get and not really designed for single people either.
