April - Barry Island

Think June and July are likely to be day trips again as we've got a lot on
August - Week in Cornwall.
Any further seaside recommendations appreciated
But instead going through it sleep deprived with a crying baby and a ton of carry on luggage to look after it.I'm going to Alicante this weekend with my missus and the baby (leaving the older two with their grandad). Looking forward to going through the airport not either half cut or hungover coming or going from Beni!
They're 8 (9 next week) and 3.Obviously late to the party but I absolutely love this idea. How old are your kids?
Also help ease the guilty of not always doing enough family things in the week due to work/other commitments, if I know we have a guaranteed one weekend a month plan!
Whereabouts?I went to western Wales recently, stayed in a lovely cottage by the sea. Local boozer just down the road with fantastic views. Funnily enough... I've had some of the best times in Britain without going too far. Scotland is another favourite of mine, it probably also helps that I've got Scottish family ties!
