Ironically every brexit voter I know drives a brand new BMW or Mercedes. I’m not gloating, I’m concerned as we all should be. This story isn’t isolated to 1 Vauxhall factory, this is a story that is becoming commonplace all across the UK in manufacturing.
Tony - EU car manufacturers will be shitting themselves because they know that Trump is standing by with boat loads of Chevi's & the like!

I think I’m glad I don’t work in Vauxhall’s Ellesmere Ports factory.

Do you think Vauxhall’s workers will be able to take comfort in JLR’s exelent news?

Why do you only focus on bad news and not good? Potentially bad and nothing to do with Brexit I may add

Strange you seem to revel in failure and find success a dirty word

Concerned - what bollocks. You get a hard on every time there is some bad news

What a nasty man you are.

Of course I do. Of course I am. I have a different opinion to you therefore I can only be evil. You still haven’t said how good news for JLR or WTO is going to help workers at Ellesmere Port. Do you actually give a flying one about the workers or is it a price worth paying in your mind in the name of brexit?

Where’s the good news stories? You can’t debate the point so yet again you’re admitting defeat by attacking the man.

Is that what you do every time you attack Bojo then?

Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

BoJo is going around the country promising everything from infrastructure projects to 20000 new police officers, whilst simultaneously offering tax cuts for the comfortably well off. Any idea how he can afford all this, or where the money will come from?

Something for everybody. Would be great.

Seeing as there is no chance we are leaving on 31 October, do you think he is offering these things because he intends calling a GE by the end of the year?

You’re the one so consumed by the idea of Brexit that you voted for a party happy to put forward an IRA sympathiser as a candidate, oh and someone who defended the right to download child pornography.

Imagine your response if a remain voter had done the same just because it was a pro remain party.

It wouldn’t just be a pro remain party would it. It would have a manifesto as it wants to remain in the EU.

This person you refer to is not a leader or shadow chancellor of s mainstream political party

The Brexit party should soon cease to exist

The Bi Election Thursday will mean the ghastly Jo Swinson can grin for one day but it really will show that without the Brexit party the Torres will easily be ahead in votes at an election providing they go before labour ditch Red Jezza and his Sinn Fein suck up mate

Well that’s why the Eu is set up as it is

No it isn’t. Just a good way of stoking up the anti German sentiment. Same as Trump constantly attacking people of colour. Stoke the resentment and racism. Keep it simmering.Deflects nicely whilst power and wealth are pushed in the direction of relatively few people.

No it’s exactly it’s set up the way it is and many pro Eu economists acknowledge and welcome it.

It’s a factually accurate statement so to go on a trump racist rant is boring and idiotic

Any party that is putting the Union at considerable risk leading the polls would normally be seen as worrying.

Many Brexiters don’t care. We want it and we want it now! The attitude that it’s worth it, whatever the consequences. Madness.

And nothing has changed with respect to:

1) Our own governments choosing this level of immigration and lack of controls. Or their wish for it to continue whether in or out of the EU for the sake of cheap labour.

2) Our Parliament has always been sovereign and we’ve had a veto. Every law our own parliament have voted into action. Again, blame the government of the day. Regardless of that, no Brexiters has actually managed to find a law they want to see shot of other than explorative employers wanting rid of workers rights. Mostly the laws they do find actually come from Britain.

3) Our economy is a net benefactor from the EU once all the rebates, investment programs and economic benefits are factored in.

It’s just a nice simple answer that allows the government to blame someone else and people have fallen for it hook line and sinker because it cuts through any required knowledge of politics to basically a “yeah fuck things up a bit, can’t get any worse, eh?” Feeling.

Well it can get worse. The 70s were worse. The 30s were worse. We aren’t invincible, and we’re about to throw away one of our most effective weapons against super powers and fight with one arm tied behind our back.
You are missing my point Shmmee. Many people voted because of these 3 main points and were not bothered who or how they were fixed as long as action was taken. And if these fixes were already in place there would have been no need for half the country moaning about it for umpteen years.

Parts of Baltimore are likely rat infested, but that’s not why the President is slagging off that part of America.

Christ, there's some paranoia going on here.

Maybe just maybe Germany have been more efficient than us, structured their industry better than us, and haven't rested on their laurels looking to the past... like us.

Er no it’s because they have exploited the situation as the dominant partner in Europe by deliberately suppressing the currency against others.

It’s laughable that Greece Italy Spain etc are held at the same rate as the country that has a huge advantage for exports

Same regarding the ability to recruit qualified cheap labour from these countries to lower base labour costs

The paranoia is mostly coming from the few of you who believe the end of our world is nigh on October 31st if we leave (& I say 'if' because I will believe it when I see it), especially without a deal!

Isn't that convenient. I don't know one single Brexit voter who drives a BMW or a mercedes. Just to redress the balance, like.

They do care. You're making things up to suit your ridiculous hypothesis. Have you been saving up your stupid statements over the weekend and now unleashing them en mass ?

Do yourself a favour and don’t look at a recent poll of Conservative party members. They overwhelmingly couldn’t give a fuck if Scotland gained independence or Northern Ireland unites with the south so long as brexit happens. Quite ironic for a party who’s full name is the Conservative and Unionist Party. Northern Ireland especially they couldn’t give a fuck about which again is ironic because it’s the part of the union that is more entrenched in the union than any other part including England and also contains the most staunchly proud brits in the United Kingdom. There aren’t many places in the UK outside of Northern Ireland where the kirbstones are painted red white and blue, murals of the queen and previous English monarchs adhorn the streets, has national holidays to celebrate pivotal moments in British history. It’s also the only other country in the UK that uses god save the queen as it’s national anthem. But the conservatives say fuck em, grr brexit at any cost.
