Simms has improved a lot since last season where he was fucking hopeless tbf. He has good attributes and goes on streaky runs but when he's off it, he's borderline comical. You said it yourself it's about the history. For me I think if a manager makes a good start you give him time to make that history rather than sack him cos annoyed we frustrantly missed our goal.
