Not at all!

Who else in our side has scored as regularly as Goldie has in past few years?

Not many i worrent you!

We need to keep him in January or it could be another repeat of last season where we sold our leading goal scorer and our season went down from there!

We have a really good goal scorer at this level who is working on fitness. Cody will take the mantle from McGoldrick over time before Xmas...

Our points average improved when he left.

It should be achievable by shuffling our pack ,one or two high earners out ,we're probably 4-5 players heavy at the moment.

One problem...one who is going to want them?

I thought our results actually improved once he left last season?

How can we sign someone with money we don't have?

Money that SISU have stated is available for Robin's to make transfers do you mean?

It is there, we just can't do anything with it until January (apart from loans).

If SISU are serious about promotion then they'll find the money regardless of whether theres money or not!

Forest want Mcgoldrick out and for a fee. If we got the same money for McDonald that we paid for him that would represent the one chance of signing him.

Paxman - Goldie is 3/4 choice striker at Forest, he said it himself when he came here.

Unless Forest are having problems in front of goal, i don't think Goldie will be staying there for too long.

It's either we sign him in January, or someone else does!

I know which one i'd prefer!

I understand that but the same could have been said about McShefrey years ago when he was loan to Luton. If he is on this kind of form will he still be their 3rd or 4th choice should they need a scorer in the Championship?

True but it all depends on how well their 1/2/3 choice strikers are doing goals wise.

Also while he's here, other strikers could be making their case at Forest and could have jumped ahead of him.

The fans also call him McGoldrought...so that kinda gives you an idea of what the Forest fans think about him.

Our fans love McGoldrick...

we just have to keep our heads now no stupid tackles or giving away the ball and close them down fast!

Three out of their four defenders currently on a booking - would like to think some of our faster players will see this as a great opportunity to run at their defence now as they should be nervy

CWR reckon Mcgoldrick aimed a petulant kick at someone, could have been red they said

Wood got a bloody nose now as well to add to his catalogue of injuries

Woody wants to play on a bit Konjic-esque but its just too much! Fair bit of blood on show so much so 4th official wouldnt let him put his clean shirt on (bizarre).

Like his commitment.

Edge on instead

Wood seems to have upped his game.

Loved Linnels comment just now "He's not in this sport for his looks" lol

I know we are in a period of Wood bashing at the moment but I think we should all credit him for showing good commitment to the cause. Was already playing with a fractured nose and a bruised cheekbone and still wanted to carry on after taking another blow today

Hussey coming on for Fleck
