It was the council who have always said there has been no discussion. Then Duggins dropped them in the shit on CWR by saying there had been talks. It quickly unravelled and went from vague talks with no sites mentioned, to multiple sites but nothing specific, to a specific site.I thought the accusation was there hasnt been any discussion, because the council wont enter into one... they wont even get back to SISU ?

We are getting clarification from our lawyers as to whether we can publish or report on them. They are confidential but were submitted to the court.
We have chased the lawyers again in last few minutes.

What SISU are saying now is consistent with what they have been saying all along. That the council can and will hold up the process only doing the minimum required of them by law.
Now is the time for the Trust to ask some serious questions about today’s statement.
If they aren’t prepared to do that then they are not fit for purpose as a representative voice of the fans.

If legals fail Sisu are gonna have to swallow on this one and sell the club if they stay will have to agree a deal with wasps to rent council seem to have got what they wanted

The council response to this will be interesting, there will have to be one. Of all and there’s few things that’s on that open letter the one thing I want to know is this council owned land where is it and is it still available, we deserve to know.any views on the revelations today?
