Pretty sure we’ll see Kasteneer leave plus Jobello & Hilssner out on loan to get games before coming back in the summer

Jobello is injured so will stay. He's been useful when fit in any case
I think Hilssner wants to stay and try to force his way into the side
Can't blame the lad really. He's had a hard time since his move to a new country and he doesn't want to throw the towel in without giving it 100% once he gets a chance

Fair play to him. Really hope he gets that chance. FA Cup game looks his best chance at the minute. He's not going to start a league game and we are rarely in a comfortable position for him to get minutes.

Why are you pretty sure that Kasteneer will leave? Not saying you are wrong, just interested in your thinking.
There are many factors involved in a transfer but can’t see there would be a buyer for him at this time.

He'd be given a free transfer if he can find an interested club. Still not a foregone conclusion, he blew that trial in the summer.

You can’t give a contracted player a free transfer without paying up their contract or reaching an agreement with the player.

Its Dan Crowley

Don’t know an awful lot about him aside from the fact he’s from Coventry and played for Arsenal for a bit. However, looking at some clips online he seems similar to Jamie Allen in playing style, but with a turn of pace thrown in for good measure. Likely to be a longer-term replacement?

If he's in agreement that his time at the club is up then he might welcome the chance to leave & play elsewhere, happens all the time.
The only potential issue with that is if his new club don't want to pay what he's earning here he is within his rights to refuse it or ask for compensation from us.

Luke Jephcott at argyle, 14 goals in 20 games this season, 20 yrs old. With them coming up from league 2 you think it wouldn't take a lot to prise him away. Fits our mould as well.
