Let's face it, the players and robins don't have that much pressure on them to perform. It must be a dream to be able to get away with so much because of the twats who own us.

Pompey must be pissing themselves at taking half a million off us.

It will be "The players are worried they wont have a job".

Have they given up because of what is happening off the pitch quite a few of their contracts are up and is nothing happening. I wouldn’t be laughing if I was Portsmouth yet as I guess they haven’t got the money yet

We can wait for Geoff Foster to ask, but it will be a very, very long wait.

Another 1 goal defeat - gggrrr, but I'm going to have a beer - been here before. Not going to join this 'sack the manager' malarkey (unless this continues halfway into January - then I may have questions). Interesting to see what he's allowed to do in the market in January (a time which I hate, but we do need some lump up front to help)

How many times do we have to lose in the same way to see that the manager is responsible?

It was bad even before the legal stuff came out... It's the same issues that have been there all season. No gameplan, no ability to change the game, weird selections.

Worries me that he gave Hiwula a chance before Allasani.

Last week I thought Allasani had a good impact on the game when he came on. I would have started him on the left today or brought him on with 1/2 hour to go at the very least.

I am still supportive of Robins as manager, but his decisions are becoming more questionable...

It is even stranger that he brings off the players who are playing well.

He only does like for like changes, why not stick Hiwula up front and change the shape? It's just random guessing to try and see what will work.

Someone just asked him to we have to keep Chapman he said he didn't know but has been asked this many times.
Why doesn't he ask Robins?

Went for quantity over quality and signed players who were not needed like Bosma signing players for the under 23’s is pointless they can win every game but you don’t get any points

Any team that can't trouble Ryan Haynes is in serious trouble themselves

He should ask who Chapman is first

I assume we will have to, we kept Clarke Harris even though we didn't really seem to want him.

It isn't a sudden thing though, is it? The issues have always been there, masked with a few wins.

there has always been the stubborness to try and change anything.

I agree about the reluctance to change things. Ideally, I'd like to see some more changes during the game - particularly when we're losing and not looking like scoring for example. Having said that, the last thing we need is a tinker man!

Have not won at Shrewsbury in 9 visits prior to today, I’m not surprised we’ve come away with nothing again.

Alarming slump in form which seems to get worse as the weeks go on, January cannot come soon enough.

At this minute in time I’m not so sure anyone else could get much better out the side in terms of wins, confidence seems terribly low.

Lacking belief, midfield constantly over run.

Not sure where to go on this for the best currently.

Well this is Robins team, he chooses the players to play and they just don't look like scoring at all, Chaplin will be an expense we don't need, we don't need a prospect atm we need somebody who will roll their sleeves up and actually pose problems for the opposition!!! Bayliss today was fucking dreadful constantly gave the ball away, JCH flattered to deceive again ball wasn't being held up on the rare occasions it came anywhere near his feet, Ogogo and Sterling hardly got forward Kelly battled but had little help, so stick Shitley on with minutes to go his first touch gets the ball in space and under no pressure kicks it straight out for a throw in...fucking joke all of them and atm nowhere near good enough going to be a long winter unless something miraculous happens

The thing is, people will be shouting for investment in January.

We are going to hand half a million to Portsmouth.

I don’t expect any investment and I am sure they will be looking to get out of the Chaplin deal if the ground won’t be sorted.

The deal is done, it will be like JCH when we did that.

Robins has gone all in on Chaplin and has hated Bakayoko from the start.

It's already spent.

We need to think about that when the Window opens and we are 500k down the minute it opens.

Both bottom of the table teams won today. Most teams below us are capable of making a fight of it.
Unless we start winning very soon, we'll be sucked into a relegation battle.

Thing is, it shouldn't matter about losing in 9 prior visits. Different players, different managers, different systems, over a period of a number of years.

It's not like 9 games for Watford at Man City where Man City would always be the outright favourites year upon year, upon year. Shrewsbury are not a far superior side to us. A better side, maybe, but no wins in 9 when the two sides are relatively comparable?

I have been disappointed with Chaplin, but a partnership with JCH clearly hasn't worked at all and I would like to see how good he could be with the right striker playing alongside of him.

JCH has been poor this season and the pair don't seem to even be on the same wavelength. Chaplin may well prove to be crap, but I would like to at least see him playing alongside someone else and do wonder if Robins will look for a partner for him in January.

Is it really worth a 10 point deduction to get rid of Chaplin? Take 10 points off our current total and we'd be second from bottom.
