Never mind the fucking new stadium, just ask whoever is there be it Waggott or Fisher, representing the club what do they intend to do NOW to help Tony Mowbray ensure our division one status. This squad will take us down I fear Mowbray or not.

Well said, the stadium is absolute bollocks, its never been on the agenda, the sooner people stop talking about it the better.

Grendel you really don't understand it do you

"The financing will be a mix of equity and debt. As a ground share requirement for the Football League we have had to show how the new stadium might be financed and included the accompanying proof of funding. "

Who takes the debt part of that formula Grendel.?

Just to make it easier on you......

The answer is us, now the question I am asking is how much additional debt and what additional interest rate to the growing debt and interest we currently have.

Also when we supposedly get promoted will that massive interest outweigh the increase in revenue we get in comparison to now. Should we not be trying to throw more at trying to buy more accessfrom ACL now instead

Tim Fisher insisted that meetings took place and he didn't understand how councils reported officers meetings internally but didn't want to make an issue of it as that might embarass Rugby council and they want to be able to work in cooperation with them in the future. Also stated that the rejection of the Coventry Gateway plan by Eric Pickles was a setback for the plans.

He didn't say he believed it he just took time out of his own life to ask the question for us that newspapers asked previously and did not get an answer.
He has just told us what the answer is.

Is that directed at me or Grendel?

If it's Grendel he does not believe their will be a new stadium.

If it's me I do not believe there will be a new stadium I am just intelligent enough to know that rather than writing in capitals and swearing that there will be no new stadium. You have get the full proposed plan and ask as many questions of it to prove why it is not possible. Only then do you force the owners to admit the real plan. Also help those who may believe it, understand why it is not financially feasible or viable.
Only now finally after 2 years are the telegraph starting to ask how would it be funded?

Now they need to take the answer to a financial expect ask them to look at our accounts and the proposal and analyse it.

The more detail you get the better.

Have the balls to go and ask him yourself instead of typing in capitals on here.
I did if you contact him he will meet you.

Stop having a pop at someone else who bothers their arse to do what you won't

So basically you was suckered into the lying spin as well, bravo you, well done.

I have more of half a brain cell not to waste my time and energy in listening to bollocks that he spouts thanks, but each to their own.

Fair comment, but I think its 18 months too late for posing questions and trying to get answers that to be honest, they will never come clean with now, not this far down the line, instead they would rather keep digging than lose face even further.

So again, instead of trying to analyse something that you know full well will not happen, why are we not demanding pure hard factual evidence that was according to fantasy fisher, weeks away, months ago, this nonsense needs to be stamped out once and for all , from their side, not from fans like yourself, as obviously you can discuss what you like.
