It will be costing them plenty to defend themselves, and even if awarded costs, it may not be in full, so if it were me I'd rather it get dropped than be exonerated and a lot poorer.If it's got no legal merit either then surely all other parties would welcome it being completed... would totally exonerate of any wrongdoing.
