Wilson 6 not a lot to do , couple of poor kicks first half tho
Dabo 7 decent enough
OST 5 for the red
Mcfadzean 7solid enough was fearing the worst pace wise v Armstrong but just dropped deep
Hyam 5 poor first half, mistake for goal rescued things a bit 2nd
McCallum 7 ok
James 7 poor first half but popped up with goal for extra point
Kelly 6 ok but some dodgy passes thrown in
Shipley 5 generally poor but still a goal threat with that one chance , minus 1 for dodgy fitness , no excuse for it
Biamou 6 standard fair work rate there, strength at times not, poor movement off the ball on the counter
Walker 6 looked had it when his best chance came 2nd half

Gyo 4 he is so slow it’s untrue , get Baka on ahead of him
Pask 6
Hamer 5
Ohare 7

Think we actually played better against Swansea than today. A missed opportunity but a point is a point.

Thought Pask did well when he came on. Bonus having Kelly and Dabo back now get Godden and see how we get on

Second half I thought hyam was excellent
McCallum our mom

Would give Dabo a 6 by his standards, but other than that agree with this. Thought Kelly had one of his worst games for us in a long time.

A good point but think we could have done better if they had gone down to 10 men for blatant stamp.

Wilson 7 (not much to do but decent save from Armstrong)
Dabo 7 (got forward well and looked lively but should have done more with crossing opportunities)
McCallum 7.5 (motm. can't fault his commitment in his challenges. Great full-blooded one near the end. Great cross for the equaliser but could have delivered better at other times)
Ostigard 6 (goal-saving interception in first half and I thought he was onside for his goal. Marked down for ill discipline. He could have been sent off a little earlier but didn't heed the warning)
McFadzean 7.5 (did well against the pace of Armstrong)
Hyam 6 (made some good interceptions, particularly second half but at fault for their goal missing his attempted clearance)
Kelly 7 (passing was off but defended very well and orchestrated the positioning of others)
James 7 (looked great early on and then drifted out of game after their goal. Then great technique for the goal)
Shipley 6 (some good movement going forward and involved in build up for goal. Just wasn't involved enough)
Biamou 7.5 (caused them problems throughout, winning headers and free-kicks and showed some great touches. Maybe could have done better with half-chance)
Walker 6.5 (nice knock down for assist but otherwise looked leggy)

O'Hare 6
Hamer 5
Pask 6
Gyokeres 5

I wonder if we had lost 1-0, would Hyam have been marked lower?

It's all well and good that he played better second half, but by then the damage was done. He seems to be very error riddled at the moment.

Yes, but if he had cost us the game, surely he would have been marked down, no matter how well he did in the second half.

A couple of the poorer ones are up a point for their hand in the goal, a couple of the better ones down a point for a hand in theirs. Osti would've got motm but stupid sending off after a really unlucky first booking when definitely stamped on, so again down a point is enough to give all of them a 6.5

Yes one also had the keeper make a great save.
How many shots did Walker have yet you would have given him more points.
Thought Max had a good game today.
You need to close those prejudiced eyes of yours they are clouding your judhement.

If people are giving him man of the match it’s bit my judgement that’s clouded and I’m hardly alone

But biamou had the golden arm. I confidently predict he will go to the rest of the season doing nothing and with 10 seconds of the season left and is on the bottom 3 he will score a 50 yard over head kick. He’s a hero and he gets freedom of the city and a three year contract and again does nothing for another 3 years

In the same way it got us promoted through the play offs rather than autos if we had someone decent yes but that’s hardly the point still I’m sure it’s very exciting

The result has a bearing on the ratings, always.

I think there were several players below par today and for me the team selection was wrong.

Shipley should never be playing. Walker was absolutely terrible but because he isn't Baka or Biamou people have the blinkers on.

Hyam awful. Ostigard was great, but let himself down with some awful discipline.

Today was another game I think we have come away with less points than we are capable of.

Wilson 7 - largely untroubled but the save from Armstrong at the end of the first half after James's mistake was vital. Couple of really poor kicks.

McCallum 7.5 - MotM.
Defensively sound, Elliott is a terrific talent & he & Nyambe doubling up offered a real threat which he dealt with well. Yes they got in behind him for the goal but the ball in should have been easily dealt with by Hyam. He still lacks consistency on final ball a lot of the time but the one for the goal was good.

McFadz 7.5 - Solid. Dealt with Armstrong cleverly.
Østigård 7 - Good but for the indiscipline
Hyam 5.5 - The customary couple of howlers but then recovered well.

Dabo 6.5 - Decent, clearly still not fully fit.

James 6 - Looked lost first half, not convinced he knew where to be when he had Kelly sitting too. Defensively caught out numerous times & passing unusually inconsistent. Luckily saved by Wilson after a howler. Improved a little in the 2nd & good to see him get in the box for the goal. Woeful set pieces, consistently failing to beat the first man.

Kelly 6.5 - Busy & no nonsense, passing was no frills, getting it forward as quickly as possible.

Shipley 6 - Helped keep the shape well backing up McCallum & worked hard. Good work in the build up to the goal.

Walker 6 - Again not involved as much as he'd like but lacked support. Great header down to lay the goal on a plate for James.

Biamou 6 - Mixed bag. The usual combination of hard work & making himself a real nuisance coupled with poor first touch & movement. Should have scored but for the mix up with Gyökeres.

Pask 6.5
Hamer 6
O'Hare 6.5

It was a poor run, but we have no idea whether Gyorkeres would have passed it to him or shot himself, so you cant say he should have scored from it.

Watch it back again as it just have. Gyökeres has a man right on him, no way he could get a clear shot away. You can see from his body shape he's about to roll it into the path of Biamou who inexplicably tried to run across him.
