Tonight showed us why our defence will cost us points over the course of the season. We've been converting with startling efficiency for most of this season so far but when we have an off day in front of goal, like we did today, we're not good enough defensively for one goal to be enough to win the game. They barely created anything all game and we still conspired to let them score with a man advantage. 1 clean in 10 games isn't good enough for a team who are supposed to be title favourites.

love how we’re playing this season but we should have just closed that game out, we’re so weak down our left side defensively, EMC and Da silva great going forward but left us wide open down that side again, it’s a goal every game,

This was always a very hard month. We’ve played all our hard away games.

I think January looks difficult too. Birmingham are very good at home and it will be Leicester's biggest game of the season playing us.

The next 8 weeks is tough with the limited rotation available. A lot of the teams we are playing will make 3/4 changes a game whereas we're likely to see some players playing every minute.

Playing Leicester at home will also be our biggest game of the season.

Ref and Lino was shite tonight. Was our first goal offside? Proper late call and I couldn’t tell from my angle.

Arrogance will be our downfall, they are picking up and we’re going the other way. We should have won tonight
As long as FL and the players are arrogant. I agree, the danger in this league is Ipswich and Southampton. I also weirdly dont want sheff utd picking up too much. But apparently wba missed an absolute sitter to make it 3-3 past Saints today so theyre not indestructible

How many points were you expecting against Ipswich and PNE away?

Sheffield United are not getting anywhere near us.

Of course it will. They’re our local rivals.

In that context, yes.

In the context of Leicester having nothing to play for in other games and treating this as a cup final it's a big different.

We've been there before with nothing got play for and treating these type of games differently.

For Southampton to catch us we would have to completely collapse.

If that happens its Middlesbrough and Millwall that are the main danger, not Southampton
