A lot of flux in the other 11 at the minute:

- Everton: hardly any players
- Wolves: lost Cunha/Ait Nori
- Brentford: lost manager & losing Mbuemo/Norgaard, interest in Wissa
- Forest*: lost Gibbs-White/Elanga
- Bournemouth: lost Huijsen/Kerkez, interest in Zabarnyi
- West Ham: shite & lost Kudus
- Palace*: firm interest in Eze and Guehi

* Have Europe to contend with

Chance for a promoted team to finally stay up?

Dependent on further outgoings/incomings I can see Forest potentially struggling a bit this season. Gibbs-White and Elanga are huge losses for them.

I suspect Chris Wood will also struggle to replicate the form shown during the first 2/3s of the season last season as well. They've got a decent defence to be fair to them so I don't think they'll go down but they'll struggle for goals.

For a club which has a history of not managing injuries well I suspect the bloated fixture list will be a significant challenge for them this year.

Wolves supporting friends think they are in big trouble.

£750 for a season ticket and their transfer window so far been horrendous

Smell shenigans. How can Man City be signing a 10 year kit deal worth a 100m a year unless both sides are sure they're not getting relegated or massive pt deductions?

Man United, who are famously skint, are spending £65 million on Mbuemo, having already spent £62 million on Cunha.

there was a good athletic article on how they created PSR room by loading debt on to the non football club company

plus they will likely sell a few

Hopefully they win the appeal; it’s such a joke of a decision.

Parish has implied that its Forests threat of legal action that has caused the decision. UEFA have followed the rules to make sure they can't be sued

Bad form from Forest as Palace deserve it but I think most prem clubs would do the same because of the potential prize money (Man U got £26.6m in Europa, Chelsea £15m for Conference league) and bigger gates. They're all looking out for themselves

CP missed loads of deadlines so it's not all that

I don't know, they don't have a proven goalscorer at that level and have not done much to bolster their defensive options either. O'Nein isn't going to get away with his antics at a higher level.
You say that but O'Nein just manages to keep out of dodge, you have to admire him despite him being the most irritating fucker this side of the border.

That said I think Sunderland will struggle due to the lack of goals. Not sure what the lad they bought in for 30mil is like tho tbf

He does a lot of giggly stuff off the ball that VAR will call him up on

We are spending some good money, giving it a go, all us sunlund fans can ask. Hopefully we can get 2 CBs, a goalie and a ST before the window closes. Our central midfield is premier league level now IMO.

How do you rate your chances of staying up? I’d rather see Sunderland up there than Sheff Utd, personally.
