That ball was out

[clint van damme]

To be fair there was no decent shot of that, which given the amount of cameras and technology in grounds now is ridiculous

It wouldn't be too hard to have technology like goal line to say if it's over or not.

Thought that myself.

[Terry Gibson's perm]

Quite a quick decision only three and a half minutes

There is at least one frame where you can see across the line and you can see it in full (as well as the goal post) and the ball is nowhere to be seen as it’s behind Bowen.

That said, how they can’t simply extend the goal-line sensor to cover the whole touchline baffles me.

[chiefdave]

I'm going to guess the sensors are in the posts for the goal line tech but couldn't they have something like Hawkeye that they use at the tennis?

they could add another pole just off the pitch inline

[chiefdave]

they could add another pole just off the pitch inline

turns out its just cameras, nowhere near as advanced as I thought it was

Spurs taking a tanking down on the south coast.

[wingy]

50 mm fifa tolerance ?

[Johnnythespider]

Arsenal fluffing it again

[LastGarrison]

Got 5 of the useless cunts in my Dream Team including the whole back 4!!

[Earlsdon_Skyblue1]

I can't remember the last time a manager for one of the better teams actually accepted they lost a game because the opposition team was better.

There's always a fucking excuse.

Mental rumours going around about some of the Newcastle squad.

Have you got nothing better to do than gossip (read them earlier).

Would explain their shocking form

[Terry Gibson's perm]

Good start for Luton today, it’s rare they ever pass it on the floor so must be a shock when they do it in their own box

[Terry Gibson's perm]

This Brown at Luton is a shocker terrible challenge on Gallagher early in the game typical ex Stoke

[Tommo1993]

They’re looking more championship than ever.

[Terry Gibson's perm]

The irony of the Luton fans moaning about time wasting, they will be moaning about teams playing hoof ball next.

[Terry Gibson's perm]

That is some finish by Palmer

[SkyBlueSoul]

Absolutely gorgeous, brilliant composure

[SkyBlueSoul]

Good save by Petrovic that, Luton have come steaming back this last 10 minutes

[SkyBlueSoul]

Wow, there's the 2nd!

[wingy]

Come on!

[Tommo1993]

They’d be unlucky not to at least take a point now. They’ve hammered them since 75 mins.

[SkyBlueSoul]

Amazing how often they're getting in down the left

[Tommo1993]

Could’ve crossed that, he’s waiting for the challenge.

[Terry Gibson's perm]

Better finishing and they would have been level, the ball in has been good but the forwards aren’t good enough

[Terry Gibson's perm]

Southgate will have to pick Palmer although not the same type of player as Henderson you couldn’t pick him first.

[ovduk78]

I hope Luton stay up, they have tweaked the way they play so are not always as direct as they were and are good to watch and never give up. The game looked over at 3-0 but in the end it was all them & Chelsea were hanging on.
