Whenever he receives the ball you just know he's going to end up getting tackled, done for pace, easily pushed off it etc.

I think he wants McFadz in for his experience, but his lack of pace is costing us at Champ level so the shift to 4 at the back happened. If you can get a more experienced quicker CB in January then maybe.Then we need better CBs. We have 3 good WBs, 3/4 good CMs and two good STs. Not playing 532 is just nuts. If the budget is at all there I’d go all out for a decent CB in Jan.

Bigger picture though. Do I prefer the way we play with 3 CB's? Yes. Do i think we'll do better with a back 4? Yes. It's about the points on the board.5 minutes aside they’ve been fine
