No-one called for him to be dropped, but he should have been rested. If he'd been rested, he would not have been injured in the warm-up and we'd now have a sub goalie on the bench.

So all the negative RCC comments stemmed from concern regarding his wellbeing? It was all about ensuring he avoided fatigue/injury? Apologies, I must have missed the point.
