Ok ignoring the far more serious effects of the pandemic, what is annoying the hell out of you during these times. No politics please.

My starter for 10

“stay safe”

Really? Thank god you reminded me! I was going to run in front of a bus, lick the dog shit bin and have a shufty with a hand full of birds eye chillies but now you’ve made me think

Pubs being closed, yes I understand why, but it's bloody irritating.

Said it before in the 'Things that annoy you' thread

The tip being closed, particularly in Coventry where social distancing measures can be easily implemented.

with you on that. Spending all this time doing the jobs that never get time to do but nowhere to put it the waste.Agree it surely can’t be any more risky than people still using their local shops and walking around a busy park

Makes you wonder what our council tax is being used for at this moment when services are being cut! Even brown bin collections were stopped the last two weeks, glad it's back to normal on Tuesday.

Beers just aren't the same at home. Both the quality and the social aspect

This 100%, especially with the weather. Sitting in the garden is nice but not a patch on a beer garden or a decent country pub.

No holiday. Family holidays are the highlights of my year. Was supposed to be abroad for Easter, was supposed to be on a short break in snowdonia in May (cancelled) and supposed to be abroad in August (not holding my breath).

Not having anything to look forward to (sorry if that sounds selfish). Cannot plan a holiday, cannot plan a night out, cannot plan to visit relatives, it's the monotony of the same day to day tedium that is getting to me.

Will never again take for granted the freedom to just wander down to the pub and have a pint whenever I want to. Am by no means a piss artist but the freedom to do that one thing is killing me. Apologies if all of the above makes appear selfish, just needed to get it off my chest.

In a similar position, we have one already booked in July. Was planning on popping the question either then or at the one in April but no jewellers open and doing it in the house with an internet ring isn’t what I had in mind!

Just unable to do anything. Want to sell my car and get something cheaper to run, but who is going to be buying cars right now?

My GF wants to get out of her lease but who is moving right now?

I want to join a gym.

So you’re stuck in whatever situation you were in pre-lockdown with no real ability to change your life.

The exercise factor is massive, an hour at the gym a day would help a lot.

To be honest I actually think it’ll take me a while to readjust to being around people again like before, hopefully it’s just my mind playing tricks on me after not being able to go outside for nearly 2 months but it’s weird.

The housing market

Was looking to buy this year after one final holiday (cancelled of course) but who wants to sell and what banks wants to loan with a 10% deposit? No idea what's going to happen

I completed just before all this kicked off. Was already concerned about doing it now in case Brexit caused prices to drop, now this on top. Hopefully everyone is just in a holding pattern and things will spring back to life without prices collapsing.

Sounds like you are a seller so its good that you've got things sorted before this all kicked off.

I read somewhere house prices have dropped (or will drop) by 20% which is tens of thousands of pounds! Sounds great to a buyer like myself but who would want to sell unless desperate?

Just moved from renting to being a homeowner. Won't be too happy if 20% suddenly drops off the value of the house and doesn't recover pretty quickly.

It will recover quickly and you’ll have a very low interest rate I assume as well

We moved on the Friday before the lockdown, the last the removal company carried out. Luckily we downsized so ended up with a nice wedge safely in the bank. As I'm semi-retired (67) it's really lucky we got top dollar for our house.
Thing I most hate (as always in these media hungry situations) is bloody celebrities telling me to stay safe and stay home while the tax dodgers still manage to get their faces in the papers and on telly.

The pious attitude of some people in supermarkets. Have noticed it very fleetingly but some people seem to think (or certainly give the impression) that their shopping trip is their's and their's alone. Whilst either hogging the centre of the aisle or as good as and not attempting to move a little further over, as you walk towards them and they offer a withering look.
A couple of times they've even emitted a pitiful and exaggerated cough. I may be within my rights (of self defence) to smash the next fucker that does it, in the face with a reduced priced veggie lasagne. I hope it doesn't come to that.
Stay safe everyone and try to cut down on licking those dog shit bins.

Neighbours burning shit in their garden on a regular basis out of nowhere. It doesn't effect me in the slightest, just irritates me.

Friends moaning that they are having to stop home. We have both continued to work full time (my wife is a nurse so a key worker and I am classed as a key worker but it’s laughable really) and I am looking after our three kids in the day, then I get some arse hole moaning because they haven’t been able to go to the beauty salon

IDK
Smoke in the eyes or ash all over the gazebo and garden furniture is a pain.

Hate pigeons. And where I'm staying in the city centre there's about a dozen of them on the balcony above my flat, what a racket they make. That cooing noise drives me nuts and even ear plugs can't drown them out. Other than that I'm okay !

Someone did that last week and 4 or 5 different voices call for it to be put out.My one is a certain motorbike rider seem to think due to lack of traffic he has the right to do at least 60 mph along our road I just hope me or no one else steps on the road when he comes along.
