Would expect Rose to be in squad on the bench ahead of jones on Saturday. Can make a case for being a bit more attacking options at home. But away at Hull or away at any team need balance.

Still think Doyle deserved one, I think I’m right on saying he did his ten years just in two stints.

Yep agree with that. Perhaps not a full 10 as we let him go in January? Still deserved one

Well he was an emergency wing back as the guy from Scotland has clearly not worked out. Now Kane is here he’s not had a look in

I actually asked him if he was planning one once and his reply was ‘we need a stadium first’. Fair answer

Think it was the 04/05 season he did fairly well. “Good servant” but his career after leaving us says he wasn’t Championship standard

Difficult to know without being on the inside, but his attitude on the pitch was never in question, and seems to be a renowned trainer. Limited ability technique wise, but loved him in his 'twilight' years. I remember fans not liking having him and Hughes as a pair in centre midfield.

Axis of Evil. Two left footed central midfielders. One only passes sideways and was often anonymous, the other small, technically not good enough but worked hard and could tackle. Horrible times.
