If these guys don't get sent to prison for a long time the rest of the world will be laughing at the UK and it will make the police task harder and more dangerous in the future.

I see it at face value. Not once has he on here said they were scum for beating police officers up but numerous times called out the police.

for me that’s siding with people who break woman’s noses. because your more bothered about a head stamp

The footage is clear for all to see. he deserved it And I stand by that

many other airports they would have been shot dead
They have got their comeuppance now by being charged as criminals for it.

The police being allowed to use excessive use of force is a dangerous precedent and if it becomes commonplace there will be situations where they use it without there being a need.

This is our state elected security, not the lads down the pub delivering the people’s justice.

You are getting yourself in a tizzy for no reason

They should have been on remand for a start so no justice served a year on

it took the cps 6 months to charge them

you’re the one who spends more time slagging the officers than the perpetrators

that’s all I need to know abort the sort of man you are

punching two women deserves multiple kicks to the head

I must have missed the religious element to this fight, care to elaborate?

you really are a weak person

I feel sorry for you

everyone knows why these people got away with it for so long

you bury your head in the sand

as I said, look at the new footage. copper had his stun gun out and got attacked from behind

you would fear for your life in that moment especially seeing fellow officers on the floor

But at the moment of the head stamp there was no threat to the officer's lives. The two dickheads were detained, one of them was lying on his stomach with a taser in his back and then had his head stamped on.

Again - NO ONE IS DEFENDING THEM AND NO ONE IS SAYING THEY DIDN'T DESERVE A KICKING.

But at that moment the officer reacted with excessive force. There was no threat to his life.

Do I understand his rage and him wanting to stamp on the guy's head? Yes, absolutely, it's human nature.

That doesn't excuse him, as a police officer, trying to kill that guy, as much as he may have wanted to.

Our police, thankfully, have laws and procedures to follow and they have to put emotion to the side and act professionally.

why did they get away with it so long?

the night they got arrested you had Muslims protesting at the police station

They waited for the story to go away before charging

cctv is clear as day. Should have been charged that night

So what, Muslims get a few months grace period by order of the government before they do eventually get sent down for assault? If I were them I’d be asking for a better two-tier system.

So they got away with it because people protested?

of course if you don’t know how it works by now you’ll never know

they should they’ll attack the police if justice is not served

the police waiting for the situation to die down

who is in charge of the Country? Police or a group of Muslims crying out race card

Cool! another round of 'if you don't see things from my exact POV you're an apologist for [name of horrific crime]'. Is this what life via social media does to people? because it's f*cking terrifying!

wtf you piping up about

footage is there for all to see

I’ve posted 2 videos which should send shivers down peoples spines of how this country is going

if we didn’t have social media most of these incidents would be brushed under the carpet as always

Yes the one where hundreds of Muslims gathered outside Rochdale Police station demanding the release of the poor little suspects shouting shame on you and then disorder breaking out

That was after the fight wasn’t it?

What religion were the police officers? Or is that not relevant.

Its mental. All I said is "I don't think people should get kicked in the head in most situations" and all of a sudden im a woman beater. My first post was sent before the footage had even come out.

didn’t call you a woman beater

said women beater sympathiser which clearly you are

if my wife or daughter got hit by a bloke I would be getting sent down for murder because I think it’s wrong

kick to head got off lightly imo

but clearly you think breaking a woman nose and punching 2 multiple times doesn’t warrant it

I think we should wait for the sentences before seeing who can be the most outraged, but clearly these two thugs need sentences and it should be about 3 based on current guidelines for the one brother and the other who assaulted all the officers shouldn't get less than 10 years. there should also be some arrests and sentences for the mob outside the station (there may already have been I'm not up to speed on this) as it's no different to the hate mobs outside the hotels. Once again confirming that on all sides of society we have mostly a bunch of cunts.

How am I sympathising with them. They are being charged as they should.

Theres a difference between Joe bloggs dishing out justice by kicking someone in the head and the POLICE.

In most situations, except where there is a threat to life the police should not use excessive force. I am not sure whats so controversial about that.

I don't think some people realise how strict the rules are for police and the levels of force they are permitted to use.

Thankfully we don't live in America where the police can do what they like and kick the fuck out of people for fun.

Police force has to be proportionate to the threat faced. At the time the guys head was stamped on, there was little threat and so it was excessive force.

Take the Southport murders as an example. We'd all liked to have seen that c**t take a bullet to the head, but the police responded proportionately and didn't kill him, because it would have been excessive force at the time, despite his heinous crimes.

I think its perfectly valid to question why the police, who would have been trained in how to subdue someone, how to de-escalate a situation and who outnumbered them, were armed & had tasers, seemed to have issues tacking them and had to resort to stamping on their heads.

Suspect those conversation will already have taken place behind closed doors. Having said that its incredibly difficult to know how you would respond in the heat of the moment even before you consider not having all the information, which we still don't as we're only part way through a trial.

That in no way means you think the actions of these two are in any way defensible or that you're in favour of hitting women. Its not one or the other.

Once again serves as a warning to all of us, because I think we've all been guilty of it, to not jump to a conclusion based on some footage on social media and to let due process take its course. Rememember we were told they weren't going to be charged because there would be a cover up, stuff like that doesn't help. Even last week when the trial started there was people claiming 'main stream media' were ignoring the case and wouldn't report on it which is clearly untrue.

Things like this shouldn't really be point scoring exercises.

I'm really unsure if my posts are coming across in another way. This is exactly what I'm saying.

I see the problem here, we all need to be getting our news from BGatesIsaPyscho on twitter rather than the likes of the BBC, ITN, Sky etc

so you think it’s normal for groups to protest outside police stations threatening them because someone got arrested?

The issue is, if it wasn’t for Twitter and alike, we wouldn’t know what issues are out there

sets a precedent when groups feel they can go to a police station threaten staff, get the station closed

I don’t want to live in a country like that, clearly you do

I'm asking what leads people to post the kinda sh*te you're posting this morning. You've answered it pretty emphatically.

because it’s there for all to see. anyone with eyes can see it for what it is

and people wonder why reform getting all the votes?

you bury your head in the sand

I bet your wife and daughter would love that, what a hero leaving them without a dad and a husband for 20+ years.

so these 4 people think it’s funny that groups can go and get stations closed down because someone got a arrested and threatening police if justice is not served then they’ll take things into their own hands

what a bunch of idiots and stand by what I say. shame others on here having for the balls to stand up for themselves
