2 unknown wingers no number 10 & no replacement for Chaplin yet who probably went to cover the losses at Blues...still time though.

The two wingers have looked good so far.

Chaplin wasn’t (and wouldn’t have been) a starter.

The current system doesn’t require a 10.

To be fair they're not going to play at particularly high intensity in a pre season friendly on a bad pitch in 26c degree heat

Hard to tell, they haven't done much either. Their 10 is a big lad.

As I say that, we save a one on one from their 9

The system we had success with last season did though I feel it’s been changed due to bright not coming...yet

Pask comes on at centre half. We really need a right back

What because the back up right back is 3rd or 4th choice centre half?

Because the back up right back has only played there a handful of times and is clearly a centre half

He's only on at CB tonight because Hyam and Williams are injured. He's 5th choice CB, 2nd choice RB. The interviews have confirmed he is back-up RB, we're not getting another one.

Sterling was poor until September. Hopefully he comes good. Nice attempt at sarcasm though just because I gave an opinion

We have much more pressing areas to focus on than a backup right back.

He played RB at Leamington and did well, don't see where the worry is.

I’d prefer the same system as last year with Bright too, but MR is basing his current tactics on our current squad, which makes sense.

If Bright comes I wouldn’t be surprised to see us revert to last seasons tactics and formation.

Result doesn't matter. Its fitness and getting used to playing with one another. Hope the injury to Kastaneer isn't bad.
