I actually support the players in the shirt - you don't. And if a player is being constantly ridiculed and derided by the likes of you I'm still going to support that player. Max is an excellent volleyer and has scored some of our most spectacular goals over the past 4 years. Not to mention the goals in the final part of the L2 season - without which we wouldn't be here today. Notts County away - remember that?
And his goal at Peterboro after a long injury was one of my favourite memories of recent years.
Like most of our fans, I enjoyed Max's 4 years from us...all the way to the Championship. It was an amazing story and he's a really decent bloke who gave his all for the shirt. He deserves our respect vs. the constant put downs from certain members on this board - even after he has left the criticism continues. It's just classless and embarrassing to the majority of our fan base to read some of the comments on here.
