Name a couple of similar quality we could get for peanuts please? If he's "very very easily replaced"

But re-invested 75% of the fees the received. We are selling our best players to pay the wages of current garbage players and a new pitch.
Sick of this shit.

When have our owner every reinvested even 25% ? No chance.

Kane was decent, bidwell also decent at lcb, waghorn yea he has flopped and not bought in anything, but all 3 you listed were free transfers.

We have players in the squad that step in and offer more than him. He's a luxury player that only turns up 50% of the times he plays. Gyokeres and O'Hare are pretty much impossible to replace for a minimal fee, all Hamer does is gets booked.

Arguably he’s the best striker we’ve had since relegation from the PL - selling him would be a major step backwards.

He’s going dinner out later rather it now for a big fee.

Who offers more than him ? Certainly not Allen, Kelly or Eccles.

Chances are there would be minimal reinvestment as well, especially as we are desperate for a sale and I’d imagine Brighton have a hefty % of next sale.

We haven't sold Gyokeres, but we're desperate to sell him, we won't reinvest the money we do get from this not happened yet sale and you're guessing Brighton have a big sell on clause.

Loads of panty wetters on here tonight.

Do free transfers play for free? You'll find all 3 on massive wages.......
Dog shit recruitment that will see us back in league 1 in the very near future.

I don’t think we could get 15m for hamer or replace him as easy, and again it wouldn’t be easy to replace vik, but no one else in that team will bring a few do big.

If there is one I doubt it's overly significant. He was a bit part player for Swansea and looked incredibly raw during his loan spell with us. There wasn't really grounds to put in a massive sell-on clause.

What does he actually do apart from 2 long passes a game, booking and a fancy inswinging corner?

Free, or maybe there was a small fee of 700k or something, sheaf is some player he will be harder to replace than hamer.

I’m actually inclined to agree with Greggs here, I’d much rather see Hamer go. He’s not even the best one out of our starting midfield 2…

What? Sheaf and hamer are different players . You don’t see sheaf switching play ever time he gets the ball, you don’t see sheaf having a pop from 20 years you don’t see sheaf running up and down the pitch, sheaf sits in a pocket and breaks up play and he is the one that plays one or two long passes per game not hamer

I never said I prefer vik to go all I’m saying is no one will bring a massive fee in and I think vik would be the easiest one to replace at short notice, with a bit of investment m, but we will see what happens in the near future,

And both signed for under a million quid. I was simply answering the question you asked.

It was always my concern that this would come round again. Gagging to sell players.

Gyökeres is our best player and the most irreplaceable of the lot. If he goes it would be utterly depressing and make things much harder for us.

It’d be a pain but Everton I could handle losing Viktor to, it’s a completely different kettle of fish to Burnley or Middlesbrough - regardless of their struggles in recent years Everton are a massive club

They are a massive club historically but history means f/a in the premier league. They were very lucky not to drop out last season, and have sold their best player

With immense recruitment, but as you said our recruitment is shit because Kane, bidwell and waghorn, like come on what is it? They can replace them for cheap or recruitment sucks? That dementia getting to you old man?

Lads, calm down. No one has made a bid for him as per the guys from Sky Sports. He's one name on a list of players.

The junior football writer at the CT writes a clickbaity story based on a podcast and we have pages of panty wetting and people using anything to have a pop at Dave Boddy.

He may go at some stage but I would doubt Vik is no.1 on that list of strikers. Everton are going to want to go for a bigger name first.

Nope, just a bloke that realises a fancy DMC is far easier replaced than a AMC (that we base our whole system around) and an extremely good Stiker. Hardly rocket science.

TBF they could probably get Brereton Díaz for £15M.

£20m was the price being talked about for Brereton-Diaz as he's in the last year of his contract. Think Leeds were looking at him. Different players but don't think we'd likely get £20m. Probably closer to £15m. Need a sell on in there, if he does well in the Premier League he'd be double that at least. Big step up though.
