They had the gaffer of Fizzy moons on today and even though he was trying to be diplomatic he said that he was in there a lot during his first spell.

He was legit fat for a player, there are pictures. As long as he's not following the same diet now he's away from Bumhole Lane I couldn't care less. I don't think Lampard would tolerate it anyway.

Also being trimmer doesn't mean you were overweight originally it should be noted. It can be a case of just improving from a good base.

He was overweight for an athlete. Not 3 stone overweight like some bloke down the pub who doesnt excersise but it still wasnt good for someone of his profession.

With respect there are fat knackers on here saying "I wish I was that fat" but truth is until I stopped working out and turned into a 40 year old dad I genuinely looked fitter than Hamer, some others will too. Saying he doesn't look bad compared to some bloater who spends all day on a forum, which seems to be the defence, isn't much of one.
As I say though, as long as he doesn't have those eating habits here its fine.
