Isn't that home gates? Sure we was talking away support. No twist needed - made yourself look an arse - good skills

So their average away is half of their average home? And that will include the away support that go to Grimsby.

Don't you know when to admit that you are wrong? Do you think it is better to throw insults around than admit you are wrong?

What you waffling on about? I said they have decent following (meaning away, as that is what I was talking about) they do. I mentioned the band as it was one of the funniest things I have seen at football. I am wrong about what? They took over 2.5k last Saturday fact!! They will take a good load all season, that we will see. I still say we will have one of the best away support all season. My opinion again we will see. Stop being an arse- another fact x

Oi arse

You said they are loud and good numbers. Now if you were on about one game you would have used the term 'were'. But you didn't. You are backtracking after being an arse.

GTFC are loud away and we travel in relatively immense numbers in comparison to our home gates.

We take on average nearly 20% of our home gates. Here are some stats for 2016/17

Like I said earlier I have been to lots of your games. Was at away game years ago when the roof at WBA was coming down on the away end. They kept us in there until HT. We spent the first half watching the roof come down on us.

Maybe 20% yes. But it isn't as though the home gates are massive.

Any new songs other than 'Sing when we're fishing'

One of my lads is a STH with you. I lived about 30 minutes away from your ground for many years. Did home and away with you when we were not playing or couldn't make work in Barton after one of our games. Like I said decent bunch of lads though.

Yup 2nd or 3rd closest - 80 miles away. But last season we took: 1300 to Stevenage, 975 to Hartlepool, 4012 to Donny, 1149 to Cambridge, 1535 to Mansfield, 2376 to Notts County etc etc.

Should be a really good atmosphere on Saturday and if you took 2,560 to Chesterfield on Saturday - respect! May I apologise for the standard of this thread, it's quite incredible! Good luck after Saturday!

They were already playing, abandoned after 19 mins. Forecast is OK for the rest of the week so hopefully won't be a problem.

It might be a bit wet there Saturday but should be playable,in fact, our young striker who scored tonight could take to the conditions like a Duck to water (see what I did there?)

Only came across Grimsby fans once and they were very impressive.

Albeit it was in a local derby for them away at Lincoln, so probably to be expected that they would be good on that occasion.

Are there still tickets available? Ticketing site says sold out. Don't want to buy in home end unless necessary

There was plenty left yesterday. But if all sold we should be able to have about another 400.

I can see them on-sale, plenty available. The website was playing up last week showing sold out and then they would appear again.
