It's going to be tough next week, and I don't think we should get carried away on the back of one result. Grimsby will be up for it, and a draw at this stage of the season may well prove to be a good result. Slade failed badly with us, but we should remember that almost everyone on his forum thought it was a good appointment, and I hope we support our team, and afford him some respect. Can't wait to go to the game!

I have watched quite a few of their games over the years. They have a decent following considering the level they normally play at. But they don't normally make much noise.
One of my lads is a STH with them. I remember his first game at HR to watch us. He was amazed at the noise and atmosphere. Was when we beat WBA with a late goal....Johnny Jackson set up by Suffo IIRC. Drove for hundreds of miles in the snow to get there. But was well worth it.
We will easily be louder than them. But they are a decent bunch.
They played Barnet away end of last season, Barney banned inflatables so they hired a carrachi band (Mexican band, hope that's correct) it's on you tube. They are noisy and good numbers. Enjoying football as it should. Still think we will be best away following all season.

But like I said a decent bunch of lads.I doubt we will be, ticket sales are much lower than I thought. We've been given 1800 but you can get another 400 restricted view if sold out. As we've only sold 1100 I can't see more than 1400 going which is disappointing for first away game of the season. Doncaster and Lincoln are much closer so they will both sell out.

Don't be an arse, they hired them to annoy Barnet because they banned inflatables. It was over a steward getting hit by an inflattable shark, and he got the fan arrested!!

You told us all they are loud and to look at youtube. That is like saying look at our following when we went to MK. I went to a couple of away games with them where they took less than 200. But I suppose that don't count because they have a video for the last game of the season. Then you tell me not to be an arse

Although that is probably hard for you to understand, coming from the guy who hopes we play a weakened team against Blackburn so Mowbray can win!
