My point is I doubt bands with those anarchy beliefs would ever sign up for a cosy commercial BBC wankfest

Also, I’d like to point out, lots of bands from this by-gone era also fully sold themselves out and became sanitised versions of how they started!

I enjoyed Franz set. Caught Fatdogs set by accident and quite enjoyed that despite not knowing anything about them beforehand. Looked like a good one to be at.
Shame Anthony Szmiereks set won't be filmed as it's on one of the smaller stages.

Angelic Upstarts were well known anti-fascists as well. Shame about Mensi.

Theres lots happening with a similar vibe to that, you just have to look for it.

There's a hardcore band down here called Trevor and the Zombie Killers and they have a song called Anal Seepage.

I can give you a link to it if you want.

I mean, you could be joking and I don’t watch much regular TV with adverts but would not be surprised at all if true.

Is Nile Rodgers at Glastonbury every time it's on or does it just feel like it?

Apparently it’s his third time playing. Pretty ridiculous back catalogue he’s got.

Went to see St Vincent last night in Brum whole gig was a bit flat for me .I had hight hopes for the support artist Cult of Venus after watching some Youtube stuff but it wasn't great just a bit mer .As for St Vincent she was ok her band are top notch musicians and don't really know her music too well . The crowd looked like well to do older types . £8 a pint which is shit !

I often sing that to my two very baffled stepdaughters.

They can't believe it's an actual song

I expect home secretary Cooper will announce some additional restriction on free speech before long.

The Met has said they will not be prosecuting Kneecap over previous statements.

Avon & Somerset police are considering what Kneecap & Vylan did.

Anyway we shall see in the fullness of time.
