Depends on how you define better off. Money in my pocket I will see no change as won’t the majority of working people. However my youngest daughter had a perforated eardrum repaired earlier in the year and was supposed to have a checkup 3 months after her last checkup and my wife rang the hospital today as we hadn’t received an appointment and it seems she’s on a waiting list for her 3 month checkup and all they can tell us is that it won’t be this side of Xmas. In other words it won’t be the three month checkup that it’s supposed to be. If my daughter can get a three month checkup when she’s supposed to I really couldn’t give a flying one if I’m not better off in my pocket because my daughters healthcare isn’t something that I can put a monetary price on. That’s the better off I value and voted for.Ultimately that's what it comes down to.
In theory, if Labour win, all working class people will be well off in a few months. I doubt it very much...
