Dumb I know. Will diet and exercise for next 6 weeks then go get checked over. Hopefully avoid satins or whatever they are called
Since Oct I cut down on the booze about 1 pint every 2 weeks lost 5.5 kilos.
I have no choice to eat healthy food have to keep my cholesterol down. I'm off to Quy Nhon in Vietnam next Wed the beer might be tempting local beer is around 40-50 p a pint.

Swim 1km front crawl 3 times a week
Have stopped eating sweets chocolate biscuits and crisps
Lost about stone and a half
But still higher than 10% chance of a heart attack over the next 10 years so I’m on statins now too
Wasn’t really overweight just wanted to see if the constant arthritic type joint pain got better removing sugarYou may not live longer but it’ll sure feel like it!

I'm one of the lucky ones. I used to have a medical every year because of my job. At one stage I was nearly 20st but they could never understand how other than being morbidly obese and failing the breathing test because of smoking everything else was seen as good. Now down to 16st and not far off the ideal weight for me.Same
