I'm 13st and my ideal weight is ridiculously low....(5ft 10in height)
Lower than I was at 18 years old.
I have arthritis in both hips and have been doing some exercises with resistance bands and the pain has gone from bad to hardly any pain fairly quickly (basically building my arse muscles up tbh).

I only posted as I was told the rumour this morning and what was being asked for. I only heard this evening on CWR what the transfer fee was which corroborated the figure I had been told previously, that's why I shared what had been said. It might be wrong but it was not shared with any malice.

I start to look the same if I go below 14st. 'Ideal weights' are a con as no two people are the same. I would have to lose a lot of muscle mass to get anywhere near mine.

You never know with Doug, but if we are still involved as is reported things must be close. Doug would not be wasting his time on this and risking leaving scratching his balls with no one through the door.
