That's my point exactly. You're saying that there is no legal reason for Otium to make the payment. I've just given you an example of how there could be.

Who knows which one of us is right? If either of us.

Apparently Simon has said the meeting has finished.

Come on then. Let's hear the worst.

SG just tweeted that he understands that the meeting is over. He will update on it as soon as possible but the info is unlikely to come from the FL.

In other words there will be 2 versions of what they've decided. SISU's and ACL' s. I have a feeling that we're no closer to a return than we were yesterday.

If the news is not going to come from the FL that's a good thing ?
The way I see it if there was a points deduction then the FL would have to make a statement.

Cannot wait until the statement of we have adjourned today's case as their was a wasp in the room and we are allergic to stings.

That's the only reason for an adjournment I'd happily accept. Or maybe if there was a big spider in the room or something.

The FL prove themselves to be a joke once again. Something that, for us at least, is important and we have been pressing for a answer for a while and they can't even be bothered to make an announcement when Simon is there ready and waiting. As usual not a second to stop and think about the fans.

Had to chuckle, according to twitter Fisher has been telling people todays meeting is in Preston, not sure who he's meeting as everyone else is in London!

They'll need to hold a meeting to discuss which size of spider would necessitate an adjournment. I do hope there's no spider at that meeting though.

Now now, you know how it works. Timmy is right, it's the FL who's got it wrong.

It still isn't a legal requirement. It is a FL requirement. And they make/bend the rules.

Indeed, if it isn't compiled with then all they have several obvious options...
a) allow themselves to be bullied
b) take away the golden share
c) impose a points penalty & set another deadline

no he wasn't, but there are somethings you have to assume are true especially when you are in a certain position, just like the pilot the other day probably didn't believe the nutty guy saying he had a bomb but he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't act like the guy was telling the truth, the same applies to acl, they had to act like Fisher was telling the truth or they wouldn't be doing their jobs.

Without wanting to defend the FL, given that the club nor ACL would have been at the meeting, don't you think it's only right and proper that they discuss the outcome of the meeting with them first before issuing a statement?
