Also maybe from a drivers championship POV papaya rules is a high risk strategy? Red Bull's strategy team is way ahead of McClaren's?

Yes.

Won more races, more pole positions and fastest laps than any of the Mclaren drivers who were driving a rocket ship, whilst he was in a glorified tractor

I don't really follow F1 but I follow motogp where the point scoring goes down to 15th. Does anyone on here who follows F1 think that would be a better scoring system? I'm hoping now motogp & F1 are running by the same company that motogp doesn't use F1's scoring system.
