Ivor Lawton played for Stratford Town in their 6-0 friendly win over RC Warwick last night. Presumably on trial there after leaving Halesowen Town who was quiet well thought of during his time there.
Bloody hell he looks a lot different from how I remember him, Henry VIII style ginger bearded and well built last I remember!Now signed for Stratford after impressing in that game.

Bolton can't sign anyone until their takeover is completed. Seems to be dragging out so it's unlikely they'll sign anyone anytime soon. Worrying times for them considering they've only got 6 senior players with the season only 3 weeks or so away.
Don't like to see it happen to any club. But having them in first couple of weeks of the season could be a bit of a blessing for us.
