Somebody mentioned a rule change regarding throw - ins? I was unaware of this but clearly that is the case.Still baffles me how many foul throws happen.
I want Italy to get a few more and the Swiss too but there is no real chance of Wales going out is there? Just a harder opponent from finishing 3rd.

Slowed down it looks like the Sterling incident which would be yellow but he was at full pace and went straight into him, possible ankle breaker and a red all day

The ref had the perfect view to begin with. It was a definite red.I'd prefer the ref to look at those types of decisions rather than a var official.
