Yeah has to be that way. Interesting news about Eric Dier and it explains a lot. Saw him discussing something with the medical team before the game a presumed it was a knock or a twinge.

Seems like he shouldn't have played at all. If he was feeling ill, why not put him on the subs bench and he could then have always come on later on if he felt any better.

Cool, maybe City can win the league next season without winning a single game too.

Ireland did a similar thing in the 1990 World Cup
England 1-1
Egypt 0-0
Netherlands 1-1

Romania 0-0 (won 5-4 on pens)
Lost 1-0 to Italy in QF

Ramsay has looked class all through the tournament. England would be so much better with a player like him in the team.

Think this proves that some comment's on here are misplaced.

It's all about teams not individuals.

Wales have players playing in the Championship and lower too, yet look what they are doing tonight.

This just proves England's mentality was wrong, their system was wrong, the spirit wasn't there, the formations and tactics were wrong.

Wales look like they are going to win this, with 'sub standard ' players.

If the players know what system they are playing then they have a chance, and because of this Wales look like world beaters at the moment, whereas Belgium look like a team of individuals

Savage is crying, or atleast it sounds that way!

Wonder how long it'll be before the CET run an article about a player once linked with us scoring on the international scene to take Wales in to the semi's

Shows what a great team spirit can do for you though. And not bad for a one man team.

I believe it, Nick and am in full agreement.

Look at Leicester. It is all about picking 11 players who will fight for you, fit into a system and formatiin and not a scenario of it just be your picking your best players.

Fair play to them. Cracking performance, really fought for it.

Hope the England players were watching that, could learn a few things.

Exactly! Bloody exactly!

Belgium 's record is pretty dreadful and worse than England's. So many times they haven't even qualified.

Look at those Belgium players tonight. But .....it is all about teams, NOT individuals.

Think it is 8 in the Wales squad who play at Championship level or lower.

England have better individual players, but Wales have shown they are the better team. That was a fantastic performance from them tonight. Had that been Belgium v England ...I think we would have been well beaten.

It seems that the underdog has a pyschological advantage. They do not have the arrogance of a well paid 'star' - even Bale who is a well paid star. Bale is just one of the lads/ team and doesn't pretend to be better ( he is, but stays with the non stars ). They play for each other. Wales made it look relatively easy to win against a good side.

Wales play 3 at the back and get to the semis

Euro 96 we play 3 at the back and make semi's
Italia 90 we play 3 at the back and make semi's

Just saying

I was thinking that, bale the most expensive player in the world sees him self as part of a team along side championship players.
