I know when I walk in a room im better in a business sense than most of the idiots in there - it’s never done me any harm
Once my director wanted to get rid of a very difficult employee and literally asked 3 of us would you manage him out the business. Everyone said no. Went to see him afterwards and said put him under me get me an exceptional rating (in those days a £15 grand bonus) and he will be gone in 6 months
I got the bonus
