That seems a bit high brow for SBTNah. I think it’s actually satire this time.

The courts do exactly what 2 Tier Keir says say i dont care what anyone says. But again unless the judge has ignored sentencing guidelines, which is unlikely, the issue is with those rather than anything specific to this case.
Seems to be common now that we have people complaining about sentences when they are in line with the guidelines.
If people want tougher sentencing then that's fine, there's an argument for that. But in at least the short term you're going to face the issue of where to put people if you're sending more people to prison for longer.
Even if the money can be found for a large prison building program you've got to find suitable locations, go through planning etc. Its not going to be a quick process.
Ahhh shameIt seems his sentence was suspended because he is a carer and it would have an impact on other people, plus he was of 'previously exemplary character'.

If it was a white British man attacking a Muslim with a knife there would be riots and he would be on remand. Yes or No?If you attack someone with a knife you should be in jail.
I think the man would be in jail yes. The man he attacked is probably Turkish going from the name, although clearly not a fan of the old Islam thing. If it was a white British man attacking a Muslim with a knife there would be riots and he would be on remand. Yes or No?
i can't quite place it yet.
Well this is the thing, the justice dished out in this country definately changes depending on who you are, where your from, what sex you are, what religion you are and how well connected you may be.I think the man would be in jail yes. *Edit* Sorry Kurdish.
I have a feeling that in legal terms a suspended sentence is considered the same as custodial and anything that is less than 2 years is suspended pretty much by default. Not sure why attacking somebody with a knife isn't instant prison to be honest.
So he gets a couple of weeks litter picking for slashing someone with a knife. Doesn't look great for our country when a Muslim can do this but if it was a Christian you'd of been looking at a few years insideBut again unless the judge has ignored sentencing guidelines, which is unlikely, the issue is with those rather than anything specific to this case.

A senior member of the royal family was a certified nonce who got his mum to spend over £10 million to bail him out.Well this is the thing, the justice dished out in this country definately changes depending on who you are, where your from, what sex you are, what religion you are and how well connected you may be.
This is why people dont trust the justice system, its wrong.
Don’t get me started about most the Royal Family.A senior member of the royal family was a certified nonce who got his mum to spend over £10 million to bail him out.
The point is that it's money and fame that have the largest bearing on who gets justice in this country, not the individual merits of a case. The post office scandal was outrageous, with ordinary people bullied around and those responsible allowed off the hook. Longer ago; the Hillsborough disaster, Telford hospital, etc etc.Don’t get me started about most the Royal Family.
They will be lucky if they don’t end up like the Romanovs.
Well yes it seems to be the case. Let's get on to Lucy Connelly again, what crime did she actually committ?I mean that's just not true is it.
Well yes it seems to be the case.
AN OSWESTRY man who lunged at two paramedics at his flat with a six-inch kitchen knife while drunk has been spared jail.
Joseph Farrell, 49 and of Llywn Road, was sentenced to an 18-month community order at Shrewsbury Crown Court for the offences against the paramedics on March 31 this year.
A man who knifed his brother during a bloody brawl in the middle of a Dundee street has been ordered to perform unpaid work.
Liam Smith had blood running down his face when an off-duty police officer sprung into action to stop him from attacking his brother Reece in the Douglas area of the city.
His brother was left with a serious injury to his ring finger after being struck with a blade.
A 22-year-old man has been spared jail after stabbing another man in the head outside a City of London pub.
Kyle Quinn, of Hammondstreet Road, Cheshunt, was handed a suspended sentence following the violent altercation at the Woodin Shades pub on Bishopsgate.
An EastEnders actor who slashed a woman with a knife after she turned down his sexual advances has been spared jail.
Harry Rafferty, 34, flew into a “rage” and threatened to kill the woman during a confrontation at a friend’s home in Camden. He threw punches and slashed the woman across the stomach, chest and both sides of her face with a knife.
Obsessed with me you silly c**t, for someone who says I try and get bites you literally bite at every single post I make, weirdo. Where is the daily I used to be a teacher 2 years ago post? Keep at it mate and it will be 14 pages of you mentioning about being a teacher you saddoProbably Dominic
Absolute horseshitThe courts do exactly what 2 Tier Keir says say i dont care what anyone says.
Look how quickly the online people were processed, in days all heavy sentences. Ricky Jones took a year to be done, just as it had all calmed down and was found not guilty despite being on video saying people should have their throats cut.
Inciting racial hatred at a time of national riotsWell yes it seems to be the case. Let's get on to Lucy Connelly again, what crime did she actually committ?
And the police service has admitted to being institutionally racist but hey it’s the poor British white man and woman that are hard done byThe point is that it's money and fame that have the largest bearing on who gets justice in this country, not the individual merits of a case. It's not though is it?
Joseph, Liam, Kyle and Harry don't sound like Muslim names to me, but what do I know.
We can’t afford it MartyIt's mad how any of them are spared jail. Dangerous people need locking up, and these all fall into that category for me and shouldn't be seeing the light of day for years and years.

Or that Keir whilst running the country is also still deciding on individual sentences for the justice systemQuite, so the nonsense about this guy being spared because he is Muslim and if he was white he'd go to jail was a load of shite.
I notice @Gynnsthetonic didn't respond to it.
Rapist in UK spared jail for being Islamic student Rapist in UK spared jail for being Islamic studentQuite, so the nonsense about this guy being spared because he is Muslim and if he was white he'd go to jail was a load of shite.
