More than reform really?Bloody hell Pete, as a protest vote I understand it, but they really are scraping the bottom.
Pretty sure public sector workers get sacked too. What happens in the public sector if these people don’t deliver? In the private sector, they get sacked.
If Grendel is Mark Francois I'm picturing that MMB is Grant ShappsPretty sure public sector workers get sacked too.
We’ve moved from the original argument of “public sector workers don’t make consequential business decisions” to “public sector workers do make the same decisions, they just aren’t as productive”. Spare us another essay and let us know when you’ve decided where the goalposts are going to sit first.
If Grendel is Mark Francois I'm picturing that MMB is Grant Shapps
Nope. Equal. Greens and Your Party the same. All would be a car crash.More than reform really?
Yes I remember you saying that before. Tom Watson is the better comparison, a morbidly obese guy turned merely overweightI’ve always pictured you as Alan Carr if I’m honest
In the past he's described himself as overweight and ginger so I have more of a 90s Mick Hucknall in my head for you @Brighton Sky Blue - probably way off the mark.I’ve always pictured you as Alan Carr if I’m honest

Ah ok then nothing like my image lolYes I remember you saying that before. Tom Watson is the better comparison, a morbidly obese guy turned merely overweight
Physical appearance wise imagine Ed Sheeran but with better facial hair, fashion sense and above all else, a better voiceAh ok then nothing like my image lol
Can you just fast forward to the inevitable Basildon Gazzette gag?You seem very triggered by this

Don’t worry yourself, we’re just having a conversation. You seem very triggered by this
For you it's a close call between Nick Ferrari, Jim Davidson and Mark Francois. All have the same general appearance and mischievous look which I assume you adopt when up to mischief on hereI was actually once told I was the spitting image of Sam Allardyce which given he’s over 10 years older wasn’t entirely flattering
I’m not saying I picture you as being fat, but you did once claim that Masterchef was responsible for £2 billion in revenue a yearI was actually once told I was the spitting image of Sam Allardyce which given he’s over 10 years older wasn’t entirely flattering
@Mucca Mad Boys and who says that the public sector isn't productive?I’m not saying I picture you as being fat, but you did once claim that Masterchef was responsible for £2 billion in revenue a year
Low centres of gravity tooFor you it's a close call between Nick Ferrari, Jim Davidson and Mark Francois. All have the same general appearance and mischievous look which I assume you adopt when up to mischief on here

This government was the party of the change remember
On the macro level, the public sector produces less of it does and is measured on than pre-covid. Considering the technological advancements in the workplace, that tells you something. This brings me back to something you dismissed in an earlier post. How do you measure a teacher's productivity? A nurse's?
You can't apply a profiteering mentality to running a school, hospital or a care home. Well you can try, and we've seen how it ends up.
Wow, that’s mean and my feelings are hurt.If Grendel is Mark Francois I'm picturing that MMB is Grant Shapps
The denialism and deflection on this topic is indicative of government employees as a whole. You seem very triggered by this
Ah, I see, it's the civil service you want to cut down to size. Who and how many are you firing? On the macro level, the public sector produces less of it does and is measured on than pre-covid. Considering the technological advancements in the workplace, that tells you something.
So we can go around in circles talking about how to measuring what nurses/teachers produce… the bottom line is that the amount we’re expanding the public sector, we’re getting relatively zero gain.
I can see this is personal to you because you’re a teacher. No one is really questioning frontline staff, it’s more the expansion of the middle management and things like the civil service who are producing less. To go after an easy target, NHS trusts in 2022-24 (whenever it was) was hiring ‘Directors of DEI’ on 5 figure salaries in the middle of an NHS staff and waiting list crisis.
These rising costs have obvious implications on public services.
Wow, that’s mean and my feelings are hurt.

There are plenty of civil servants on record saying they do next to nothing all day. Let’s ignore the swelling size of the public sector payroll and flatlining productivity.
Since we’re exchanging playful barbs… Do you even understand the difference between revenue and profit?@Mucca Mad Boys and who says that the public sector isn't productive?
I mean this is a bit outside of my areas of expertise, but I just assumed that Gregg Wallace and John Torode weren't on £1 billion a year each.Since we’re exchanging playful barbs… Do you even understand the difference between revenue and profit?
Ah tiny little Mark, he holds such gravitas
I hate to break this to you but I’m the same height as your beloved Mr Starmer and younger
Just please don’t rim me every day
10000% Jim DavidsonFor you it's a close call between Nick Ferrari, Jim Davidson and Mark Francois. All have the same general appearance and mischievous look which I assume you adopt when up to mischief on here
I never said anything about your height. You're so very weird.
10000% Jim Davidson
Not since the days of Chris Pincher has a politician’s surname described him so wellAfter another car crash interview by David Lammy surely it’s time for him to leave to the back benches
Could be worse, one of my mates said "what have you been up to Levi", when Levi Bellfield got locked up insinuating I looked like him. Not the most flattering comparison.Physical appearance wise imagine Ed Sheeran but with better facial hair, fashion sense and above all else, a better voice
Brutal! As you claim to be a woman I’m guessing your trying to be the Miranda Hart of SBT but lacking in the comedy delivery
Nah I've always pictured you as Jeremy ClarksonCould be worse, one of my mates said "what have you been up to Levi", when Levi Bellfield got locked up insinuating I looked like him. Not the most flattering comparison.
You had a height issue with Sunak I recall? Little Rishi?
So I mentioned Francois' and Sunak's height then, not yours, so no idea what you're going on about.
