Simple answers to complex problems how hard can it be ehJust so I'm clear the proposal is that anyone who requests asylum that doesn't have a passport or visa is immediately removed from the country? Through what process and where to doesn't seem to have been mentioned. The only thing I can think of that comes close to allowing that is the Dublin Regulation but that no longer applies since we decided to leave the EU.

Based on what exactly? Spain processed more than landed in 2024. Same is true for Italy and Greece for that matter. Granted they’re not the only countries that have boat landings in mainland Europe but we’re really only getting the dregs.Now do the unprocessed
